El Super

I was a previous employer here at el super I just want to notify everyone how unorganized and unprofessional this store is including managers and store director Sammy! The chicken here smelled disgusting the store was almost always dirty managers were very inappropriate to customers as well as to employees I received many complains from customers complaining about the service here and when I reported it managers could careless… I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here I quit for the same reasons not to mention to lost my w2 form and when I called store director Sammy to request a new one he was so rude unprofessional and immature for his age I told him it was unprofessional that they had lost my address 3 times and he said I was unprofessional because I left the job excuse me but I’m not stupid enough to let people walk all over me especially giving shitty as customer service!!! The only reason why it has a one star rate because in order to post you have to give a rate which mine is a –3

The cashiers here don’t know how to do their job properly and short customers their change and then their managers cover up the incident.
Not to mention they work incredibly slow.
Maybe they need to work on training them better.
You’re better off going to Cardenas or Vallarta for better service and product quality.

The juice bar employees do not want to work, when paying almost $ 4 for a beverage you should be able to have fresh, or customized juice due to health conditions.
Not here, every time i go to get nutrients my body needs they have some pre made juices in a hotel pan and expect this is what your getting. Why advertise raw juices if no one wants to make em.
This is an on going issue, on one occasion an employee by the name of Nelly said she was so busy asked if i can go to produce to get the ingredients she needed cause they ran out (at 10am).
Most of the time they say theirs some here already and make up a lame excuse to not make one according to my diet .So many people eager to work in this country and these lazy employees cant do simple tasks.
Unfortunately this the nearset place to get raw juices but now i have drive a farther distance to Cardenas i get what i need from their friendly employees

Excellent staff really clean and the prices are pretty reasonable too. No to be out done is their restaurant! Amazing fresh food and the fish tacos are an unreal treat for the unsuspecting!

Nice staff, clean store, and great sales keep me coming back. It’s also a bonus to grab a bite to eat… their food is good too.

I thought this store was going to be different compare to Orange County area and its worse. Bad customer service, messy, dirty, bad quality! Never again will waste my time here!

Service is poor, store is always low on items, and it tends to smell. Quality of items is terrible. I wait a long time to check out, they have so many registers but only 2 – 3 open the times I have gone. Not a big fan… Vallarta is much better in service, quality, cleanliness, etc.

Good to have another mexican market, but very disappointed on how messy it was. Reminded me of a 99cent store, the lines were cracy long. Vallarta is about a block away and its much cleaner with the same selections.

It’s relatively new and clean and prices low for vegetables and fruit but parking situation is a bit tricky because front of the store has handicap parking and regular parking as well as pedestrians walking to and fro so you can end up waiting awhile before turning into an aisle. Food court is good and cheap although taste depends on the whoever’s cooking that day; salsa is good.

Nice produce and clean store. The breads are delicious for 3 for 99 cents but the tres leches cake needs more milk, it was dry, stater bros makes it better as does vallarta.

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION AT CHECK OUT…
The last time I went in there I bought a box of waffles that were advertised for $ 1.97, but rang up at $ 2.49. I took close to 15 minutes for the cashier to get the price changed. She had to run back to the freezer, verify the price and then wait for a manager to override it. When the manager got there, he was quite short with her, telling her that her line was too long (I don’t see how the time delay was her fault). After the issue was corrected and I left, I noticed that the bottle of Sunny D that I had bought rung up for $ 1.88 and it was advertised for $.96.
I am not interested in shopping in a grocery store that is so blatantly trying to rip me off.
Whole Food’s was just ordered to pay $ 800,000 because they overcharged their customers… This isn’t much different.

Couldn’t help but notice how familiar this plaza looks, you got the Mexican super market, Adriana’s insurance, boost mobile, a weinersnitchel, H&R block… If you go to Main and 11^th in Hesperia, you’ll find the same collection of businesses in one plaza except there’s a Cardenas instead of El Super. I’m sensing a little trend lol
Anyway, I’d give 4 stars to any business that would replace that old, dirty swap meet, I do feel bad for all the small businesses that were kicked out to make room for this giant thing but I’m pretty sure this store is much better for the community. Prices were good, a little packed and only 2 registers open, took me about 10 minutes to check out. I LOVED the beer isle though, looks so cool with the neon beer signs, more super markets need to do this.

I have always liked El Super in any of their locations. I mainly shop there for their fresh produce that are at the lowest prices & usually very good fruit/​Veg. The stores are kept clean and also have good meats & deli. I find the employees helpful and courteous. Finally we have one in Victorville Ca.

Just another Mexican supermarket. Went to the soft opening. Nothing special other than everything was clean. I asked the manager if I could take some pictures to get the word out that they opened and he got snotty about doing such a thing. It’s funny cause I could have just went to town and took a grip of pics without asking and when you do out of respect they get bent out of shape.

After going to the opening of Vallerta in Hesperia a few weeks ago, we have a new grocery chain up here, El Super.
Replacing the old run down swap meet, it brings the area up a bit.
Nice and clean, great staff, excellent prices.
Good bakery items and lunch there was great.
I had a carnitas taco and a fish taco, both good at just over $ 1 each.
My husband has a carnitas burrito which he loved ($ 4.99) as well as a flauta (79 cent) and a chimi ($ 2.29)
That was the best value, nicely plated with salad, cheese, avocado, red and green salsa, for $ 2.29 an entire meal in itself, only gripe, only available filled with chicken, not our fav.
Plenty of parking out front, open 7 days a week from 7 – 11, welcome to the neighborhood El Super!
