Walmart Supercenter

Worst customer service here in tires and automotive. You walk in or drive up and no one is willing to help you. When they do help, the workers take way to long with each customer when the line is getting bigger by the second. To top all off, I’ve been waiting for two hours and the mechanic tells me,“has anyone called your name, it’s been done for awhile.” WTF!!!

So went to refill my propane tank today to Walmart. I guess I should have known what to expect. Tried to go via Garden entrance, gate is closed and nobody in sight. Approached the other entrance. Very rude African-​American security told me «you can’t enter the store with it». So when I asked if he can call someone to open the gate in garden, he took 10 minutes explaining why he can’t help me, and I guess he didn’t have the radio either. Some other employee told he that he will call and I should head that way. After 20 min wait, nobody came. Shocker, right? So then I came back to security and told him «I thought you guys were in propane selling business». He very politely let me know that he doesn’t really care. Nor would he provide me with his name. So after 30 minutes of this I finally called the store on the phone and asked for manager. First they said «she isn’t here». When I explained the situation, all of a sudden she got on the phone. Susan said «I will send someone right away». 10 min later I just left and promised myself not to shop at POS stores like Walmart. Stay the hell away!!!

I normally hate shopping at Walmart but I’ve been finding myself here a lot. They have everything you need and they have the best hours.
When we need hunting stuff or ammo they have it. They have camping and RV stuff too. I can get every single thing I need for a camping trip at one store.
The prices are comparable to target. I don’t see the big savings that people always swear by. The store isn’t as clean as i would like but I can find what I need. They always have prices on everything so I don’t mind if I have to ignore ghetto people’s mess to do my shopping.
The garden section is great. They have cute patio furniture that is perfect for a few years. It’s cheap enough that I don’t mind replacing it when the sun fades it.
The returns are a joke. I’d rather just be out the money. It’s always a huge line and a hassle to return items. I know that is because of so many people committing fraud.

Site to store is absolutely terrible. I have picked up twice here now and had to wait over 30 mins each time just to get an associate to help me not including check out time. With multiple employees walking around not assisting customers on a Monday morning this wait time is ridiculous. I had to call the store and ask for a manager just to get someone over to the counter. Also my order was not ready for pickup even though I had an email stating it was ready the day before. Total time to pick up an item today was an hour…

Don’t waste your time coming here. Stopped in at 9am for one thing, and the employees were too busy socializing to ring us up. Left it on the counter and walked out. We’ll find a store that wants our money.

Always a long wait! And you must always double check your prices at the register, every time I go there my items are always overpriced and I always have to hold up the line to get the price corrected. It’s frustrating, this location is horrible and is not managed at all! I always have to double check prices that are advertised and they’re still wrong at the register. If it wasn’t so convenient for the area to shop here I wouldn’t it’s really not worth the hassle.

Not much very impressive. Always a clusterfuck of ghettoness in there. But i only posted this because the older lady in automotive is ALWAYS awesome and helpful! She has a great attitude and deserves recognition for being pleasant in the face of all the crap she deals with–

Always busy… They need to get on the ball and open more cashiers at their busiest time which is usually after 6 pm. It’s ridiculous when you just need like 5 times and need to wait like 20 minutes or more

The worst!!! Waited for how long just to get some help for my nephew’s formula! I needed to call costumer service just to get some help! And that fucking press machine so a helper could come and help, just take off that one!!!

The worst!!! You want to buy paint, be ready to wait 2hrs, to get someone to help, mgr don’t have control of their departments, they don’t know who is covering for who. Is so disorganized… They don’t have enough coverage in all departments, and floor manager don’t even know how to cover their dept. People all over were waiting for help, but you see staff walking around, and they can’t help you because they don’t work in that dept. Their staff needs more training. I only come here because of location convenience… If target would have a paint center, I will be there in a second. There is no comparison in customer service, target is 100% better…

Ordered a photo collage mug online BEFORE christmas. Site said my order was at the store as of ¼/​16. This is my third time here and they still cant find it. Sent an email to the site asking for a refund 2 nights ago and ironically the photo center leaves me a voicemail yesterday saying my order was here. Came in and guess what, its not here. Asked for a manager and she says she has nothing to do with photo she was however nice and professional in trying to help me. She however, DID NOT find my order anywhere. Sticking to walgreens, pricier but never had a problem.

Not enough registers open

I love this Walmart over all the other locations I have ever been to. The parking structure is huge so there is plenty of parking to start with. The store is huge and very clean. One of the cleanest Walmarts I have ever been to. Everything was organized and in order. Employes were helpful and friendly. I am definitly coming back out here to shop when out with the gf in this area. I would recomen this location to family and friends for sure!

Affordable prices but being a large store plan on getting exercise while there. Parking lot is lighted well at night and unlike a few other posts have never had any problems with employees working there. I too have seen a high level of security which in this day and age is needed I suppose but since I’m not going there to boost merchandise I don’t care. Will continue to shop at this location.

1) Nice Walmart in a newer developed area of Victorville
2) Off the Bear Valley exit & the 15, stop by this place the nest time you’re on your way to Vegas to stock up on supplies.
3) Their oil change/​tire auto center is really slow because they only have one person writing up customers, this NEEDS to improve!

We wanted a Minion cake for our sons 21^st bday, started looking for it a month in advance and this was the only bakery in the high desert that had a Minion cake kit. They told us if we ordered it that day, we would be sure it would be ready on the day of his party. We’ll, less than 24 hours before his party was to start, Denise called to say they «lost» the Minion kit I had ordered a month ago! (I think they sold it) She wanted to know what I wanted to do about it! I ended up going to Costco and ordering a cake with a balloon design in Minion colors and putting on my own Minion decorations. The cake looked amazing, and he was very happy with it!
Even though this Walmart is only about 2 miles from our home, its the last one we visit. The lines are long because they only have a couple check stands open. and IF its the first of the month FORGET IT!
No more chances for this Walmart.

Worst photo department. Horrible customer service. All walmarts are horrible, but this one is one of the worst.

I accidentally left behind a bag filled with my purchases. In my defense, the cashier placed one bag on top of the counter and left the other still hanging in the round rack. Fortunately, when I returned the cashier still had the bag of merchandise.
During the return, my partner made a few more purchases. There were only 2 or 3 lanes open and the lines were extremely long. The cashiers were slow and some were rude. It seemed like they didn’t even want to be there.
If you must shop here, I suggest going in the daytime to beat the ridiculous lines at night.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. The lady in the photo department is always the worst. I dread having to come here because everything about it, from the environment to the customer service, is just terrible. It’s always dirty, it seems like the shelves are always empty, the managers are disrespectful and patronizing if you have the misfortune of having to ask for one. Just don’t go here. If you really need a Walmart, the one on Main Street is better. Avoid at all costs.

With limited number of walmarts near my temporary home I ended up going to visit my friend in Victorville and was happy there was a Walmart nearby!
We went after 8pm so the car park was pretty empty with loads of spaces and there was loads of trolley available to use inside the doors of the store. As this was my first Walmart I’ve been to I was overwhelmed by the size! There’s a bit of everything, clothing, music CDs, DVDs, toys, groceries, electric goods etc. I only came here to stock up on candy and cakes as treats to bring back! Needless to say I found a nice aisle of candy and a separate cake section!
For me I knew I wanted and was only picking up a few bits but I couldn’t do my weekly grocery shopping here as I feel I’d spend 3 hours in the store looking at the bargains or new items!
Looking at previous reviews they were right about more cashiers could be opened but the longest I waited was 5 minutes.
