I was sitting here thinking about all the nice people out there that Truely do a great job and Freddie from the Victorville office came to mind. He always has great customer service and is always willing to come out last minute for matters that to most can wait but I’m a worry wart. He always goes above and beyond every service and I recommend him to all my friends and we will never leave Freddie! Also Ericka in the office does a great job in communicating my needs to Freddie and scheduling services promptly!

I would rather prefer to give them ABSOLUTELY no stars as they are horrible. Their customer service sucks, technicians are incompetent, and their phone reps have bad attitudes. I have made 3 service requests for my technician to spray inside my home due to recent bugs that have been in my house. How can they expect people to afford to pay them, but work at the same time? What company only offers 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday service times? Ridiculous. Then when I make arrangements to ensure someone is at my house, the technician doesn’t come at the given time and still only sprays outside. That won’t kill the ants that are already inside my home. What am I paying for if Dewey refuses to adhere to their own policy. I requested to cancel my contract and I was told I needed to give a 30 day written advanced notice. WTH. Really? RI-DONK-CU-LOUS!

I really appreciate the service that I’ve received from Dewey Pest Control, starting with their sales representative, Matt, to my service tech, James, who is willing to work with our crazy schedule. I’m also impressed with the follow-up from the office staff to insure that my questions and concerns have been answered. I also like that the communication between the individual departments has been very organized. Billing has been spot-on, so far, and I’m very pleased with the professionalism of this organization. I no longer see ants in my kitchen, black widows in my shed and garage, and wasps on my property! The most important part, they addressed the safety of my dogs! I thank you for this peace of mind! I will update this review, on occasion, so that those of you that are looking for pest control will have current, accurate information.

Had Dewey for a couple years a few years back and was happy with the service, UNTIL they let all there older service techs go to hire on younger cheaper techs. Needless to say nothing but headaches and attitudes after that. I gave them a few months to work it out, but it never happened and only seemed to get worse. I then found American Structural Pest Control and they are the absolute BEST!

This review is ONLY about their advertising and my «first impression.» Based on phone contact with them, I decided not to pursue Dewey for my termite problem. Be cautious about their offer for a «free» estimate. A Termite estimate is NOT free. It is $ 75 dollars… and then IF you choose to have them do work, the $ 75 is included. Now this isn’t «terrible,» but they are definitely not up front with the cost of an inspection. So, if you are trying to get more than one opinion about a potential problem and action plan, factor this in. When I called the toll-free(their corporate location) to ask about the«free inspection listed on their website(in multiple places), one of the questions they asked was, «Where did you see that?» The story is a bit longer, but I’ve already been long-winded enough. I suppose that based on the appearance of snake-oil sales tactics, I was very leery of doing business with them.

Same problems as the person under me and when I am in the office trying to close the account, you would think the people in the office could tell you the full amount owed. Instead they send you angry letter about collections for small amounts of cash. Very disappointed with the sevice I had. Save yourself some drama.

Rick was the person who sprayed our business. He was great. My biggest complaint is everyone else. Their collections department is horrid. Even after I paid a bill, they would send another bill claiming I never paid. I called every month explaining that I already paid the bill and sent them copies of the check and receipt. Yet again, next month, they would claim I still owe them money. This happened 4−5x. After I received a bill saying I haven’t paid for 3 months, I cancelled future services until they get the bill correct. Instead of correcting it, they continued billing me for months they didn’t spray, sent my «outstanding» bill to corporate, cancelled my contract and billed me for cancellation fee, and sent me a notice of collections to my credit. I spoke with a supervisor and their excuse was that there was a change in management and that it takes time for payment to be processed. They gave me a choice of restarting another contract or pay the cancellation fee. I refuse to start another contract with such an unorganized company. Stay away unless you feel like paying for services only to have claim you didn’t pay and your credit threatened.
