They did very great work and cleaned every detail of my vehicle. My car was so clean that it looked like new and smelled great. Love the service!

WOW!!! Desert Splash Mobile is fantastic! Carlos made it so convenient for me to get my car not only washed but detailed. What an amazing job he did, my car looks brand new again. Carlos has a superior type of jet seal that will protect my car for a whole year. Everyone at my work loved his work, he ended up doing four other of my co-​workers car too. Just bought an 09 Tahoe, previous owners had kids and dealer where I bought it made no effort to detail truck before purchase!
Carlos at Desert Splash spent 6 ½ hours detailing the inside and it looks INCREDIBLE! All the little dirty hand prints gone and the carpet and seats look amazing! Everything SHINES!

Carlos called and asked basically for a second chance. I agreed, and set the appointment up last week. We even confirmed last night that he was going to be here at 830. It is now 945am, I have text and called him and I have gotten no response. Shame on me for trying to use you again.
What terrible customer service!
Previous review: I called them on Wednesday asking about their prices and services. I explained how I would have to run it by the company to make sure everyone was on bored. He seemed eager and professional so I thought it would be a good idea. I then called on Thursday asking for him to do three cars if he could this week. He said he could come Friday at 8 am and asked me to send him the information. When I arrived to work at 8 am, no one was here to wash the cars, I waited to see when he would come, maybe he was running a few minutes late. At 8:35 am, I received a text saying they were running behind schedule and asked to come another time. It was very inconvenient that now after setting up the time to have the cars washed it was canceled. Not a great first impression, will most likely not be calling them ever again.

These guys are great they pay attention to detail and really do a great job! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles! Thanks Carlos!

Carlos is amazing guy. He did a headlight restoration on my subaru sti and my head lights look amazing. Only way your getting better results is by buying new head lights but trust me your way better off paying for a restoration. I will definitely return to him.
