Love this place! I buy all of my hair products here and they are way cheaper than Sally’s or Ulta. Girls are friendly and it’s always clean. I highly recommend!

I have been coming here for years and i love it! Nora is my hairdresser, she is amazing! She is honest about what can be done to your hair and her color always comes out beautiful! She has corrected my color & cut when others have completely messed it up. I have dyed my hair Black for years. She is the only one i trust who can put my blonde streaks back in. She is reliable and wonderful at her job, i highly recommend her!

I made an appt for my friend to get a mani/​pedi for her birthday. I scheduled myself for just a manicure. The scheduling was fine and the lady I spoke to was polite and accommodating. However, the décor is odd. There are tons of dusty fake plants and dolls everywhere. Kind of weird.
Kay did my nails. She seemed nice but her nail skills are lacking! I got the royal manicure and I was excited to find out it came with a French manicure. I hate to say it, but it looked like kay either doesn’t care about her work or she doesn’t know what she is doing. The lines were terrible and they looked so fake and disgusting! My friend had to finally tell Kay that I hated them and wanted them painted with just regular polish because I was too embarrassed to say anything. She was nice about it and polished my nails with a different color but still got polish all over my cuticles. I’m not just saying this to be a jerk but I could have done way better at home. :(
In the end, my friend’s French manicure turned out way better and was done by a different woman so that’s the important part. I think I’ll stick to my usual gel manicures at home. Go somewhere with better reviews if you want a manicure!

Horrible customer service! I recommended my mom go here, i am totally embarrassed at how «the owner» treated my mom and am sad i even recommended for her to try it. The owner is ruining her own business and its sad because the actual employees are nice and good at there jobs. Be sure to make an appointment «WEEKS» in advance according to the owner (when my mom tried to get a massage after her hair appointment the owner was throughly disturbed) walkins are frowned upon! If youve planned weeks in advance to schedule a service here goodluck and dont try to upgrade your services.

My boyfriend and I tried this place out after hearing about it on the radio. We got the You and Me Couples package (includes a massage, manicure, and pedicures). We had such a great experience. Everyone was so professional and polite. To say the least we are going back.

I agree with Cristian V. Elfie can be very rude. I scheduled a facial appointment and showed up 30 minutes early, however Elfie insisted that my appoint was at 10:00 am. But it wasn’t until 11:00 am. Elfie in a rude voice said she is booked for the rest of the day. I never went back to that place. I know that my appointment was for 11:00 am.

Had a massage last week, which was fine and was going bck today to have another massage, but after missing my appointment i called to rescheduled. If u call an spa u would expect a nice, polite soothing voice, not a rude and unpleasant voice which is the voice the ELfie used whn i ask if i could rescheduled for monday. I thought that the tone used to say tht they couldnt do it because they were closed was very rude. I even told her tht the tone of her voice was rude and tht shouldnt b the case whn talking to clients, to which, instead of apologizing she said that she was talking like tht cuz my voice was cutting off… hmmm…
I a man, business owner with more than 10 years in the HD and i always talk on the phone with people whose cellphone receptions are not the best and tht is not s reason for me to sound rude when talking to clients or prospective clients. And being tht all my clients refer me to their friends as a very friendly, professional and polite person is because i know tht having a happy customer is about doing my job right and more importantly, providing a respectful, and friendly service.
Blaming ur rude tone of voice on a cellphone reception whn working at a place where people goes for relaxation? Tsk tsk tsk. Even the IRS customer service people sound friendlier than people at this place.

Better learn some «customer service» basics. I read a previous review about this place just now about her PERM not being done and this place not even offering a refund or to fix it and it looks like and very much right about wht im writting on this review.
Next time think about tht an apology would bring in more business to you than a lame excuse.

My father loves this place. He created a Unilocal account just to give them four stars, but for some reason, Unilocal filtered his review out. :(he goes here for massages, and it is a great value! I have had my hair colored blonde and cut by Kaitlyn, she does a great job, definitely knows what she is doing, and she is sooo sweet. Never difficult to get an appt with her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone =)
