Over priced and decided to go to medical spa’s that are allowed to use medical grade products.

Absolutely fabulous! Best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and the hydrafacial is amazing!!! Staff is super friendly and attentive and the facilities are gorgeous! Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I have been three times and all three times been happy with my services. First time was through the groupon deal offered over the summer (massage and facial with a coupon for future visit). The second time was for a massage. My back was bothering me so badly I often woke up in tears and could barely turn my head. I have often had massages and told the person doing the massage that I had a bad knot and I would like them to focus on the area. Meghan has been the ONLY person to ever take the time and really work on the area. I felt amazing afterwards. I would highly recommend her and I have been back since then to keep working on back. I can’t say enough!!!

Never knew this location even existed until I saw an internet deal. They are located across the street from Eastview Mall behind the North Face. Beautiful interior — Heavy, Tall wooden doors, floors and greeted immediately upon entering by hostess. I was brought to their quiet room, offered hot tea (multiple choices), citrus ice water and given a fluffy heated neck wrap while I filled out health history, preferences type paperwork. The locker room is clean, trendy and well thought out. Each locker has a simple number set lock and its own power outlet! They give you a robe and even did a good job of finding a robe to fit the «curvier» ladies like myself. The locker room has a wonderful rainfall shower, make some time to use it before or after your service. They have a blow dryer and some hair products for your use — just remember to bring your own brush they only have some small disposable combs.
I had a Swedish massage which was wonderful with your choice of aromatherapy and the therapist took her time to make sure she knew my preferences. The sheets are soooo soft, like amazingly so. I also had a facial which was also very personalized and they really take the time to make sure that you are having a good experience.
They sell products in the small shop as you walk in — they are a little pricey but well presented. The therapists make recommendations for products but aren’t pushy at all about make a purchase.
You can easily make reservations online — Treatments in general are a little pricey but definitely worth treating yourself every so often. The whole experience is definitely worth the money and make sure you come at least 15 – 20 minutes early for your appointment to enjoy the quiet room and rainfall shower.

The Woodhouse Day Spa is certainly a «luxury day spa». They made me feel like a queen the moment I walked through the door (which was opened for me by one of the Hospitality staff). Everything was exceptional from the robe, hot tea, relaxing Quite room and the very attentive staff. I will be back again and again!
