Our group of 3 was seated promptly on a Friday night around 7pm. Enjoyed the bread selection and the service was friendly. I ordered house salad + small portion of ravioli. Tasty presentation of the ravioli with 2 sauces. This was our first visit. After a long day of travel, it was nice to have relaxing dinner experience. Attentive staff.

I really enjoyed my meal here. The beet and arugula salad was delicious and fresh and filling! There are tons of pasta dishes to choose from, but nothing extra-ordinary, other than the black fettuccine with lobster. So delicious!

Good food– kind of pricey, but size able portions. Terrific service. Reliable and expected– nothing very unique, but very good. Solid standard chain Italian restaurant t the mall.

The service was amazing and I got the baked ziti al forno. So good and came in a reasonable amount of time. The breadsticks are to die for too.

I have been to Biaggi’s several times for lunch in the past year, and was just there a couple days ago with a group of friends for a long lunch as a going away party. The location is near where I work, service is usually really prompt, and it’s an easy place to get in and out of during the lunch hour. What I especially love though is the menu. They are constantly changing things, adding new dishes, and their daily specials are great. Having the ability to mix and match half sandwiches, soups and salads is great too, and what they offer is not run-of-the-mill. On my most recent visit, I enjoyed their risotto of the day. For $ 11.99 I got a huge plate of risotto, this one flavored with artichokes, capers and bacon. It was delicious. Not as creamy as I like my risotto to be, but great taste and texture, and it was so huge, I had enough left overs for two more lunches! On previous visits, I’ve had pasta of the day, enjoyed pizza and also had big salads. One of my past faves which I think may be seasonal is their spinach salad with in-house smoked chicken breast, served with strawberries. It is so fresh, and the lemony dressing it’s served with, along with the tart bite of the berries and the smokiness of the chicken is just a great, unexpected combination. One thing that always puzzles me is how it is never as busy as PF Changs or Champps, which are in the same vicinity at the mall. For the quality of the food, the medium prices and great service, I think it is a tremendous value, especially for those of you looking for a quick lunch in the Eastview Mall area or between Victor and Bushnells Basin. I definitely recommend!

Came for lunch and was immediately seated. Our host, Nikola, had great energy and was very welcoming. The bread and butter(olive oil, Parmesan and pepper), was light and refreshing. We ordered the fried ravioli as an appetizer. Delicious. My fiancé ordered a wedge salad as his entrée. I had the eggplant parm. Both of us loved our food. My fiancé even went as farm as to say he would eat the blue cheese dressing with a spoon if it were served that way. My eggplant was cooked to perfection, maintaining its crispness underneath the marinara sauce. Regretfully, we were too full for dessert. We will be back though!

After stopping at 2 other places and hearing they had an hour long wait, we ended up here. And, I’m glad we did. No wait for a table for 7! Our server, Jinny, was on top of everything. Didn’t blink an eye when one of the kids spilled a drink. Comped ice cream dessert for our big kid even though she didn’t order off of the kid’s menu. Bread and oil was good. The kid’s menu is a bit disappointing, in that, it serves typical kid fare but they do have some pasta options. Personally, I like it when restaurants mix it up a bit more. But, the price includes a drink and a dessert. The regular serving of spaghetti and meatballs was huge and could easily feed 2 people. My wife ordered the Chicken Marsala but said it was just ok. She would return but get something else. I had the Scallops with Risotto. I loved it. The Risotto was creamy and the scallops were perfectly cooked. There was a bit of a spicy sauce on the plate that I enjoyed as well. We split a serving of gelato and I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino. We’ll be back sometime soon!

They have a great lunch special, it’s called half & half soup & sandwich or salad or pizza any two for $ 10.99 includes enclosed soup or salad. I had a Mediterranean salad and special pizza!

Ever since I ate here, I won’t go back to Olive Garden. I always get the capellini del mare, it’s a red sauce with seafood with a kick to it, not spicy because I don’t eat spicy. My fiancé usually gets the shrimp and crab cannelloni, rich and creamy. The lobster corn soup is delicious. I always get the crème brûlée here. The service is great also, the staff is super friendly and quick. I love this place! I will drive just to eat here. I highly recommend this place.

I am so impressed with the service, chef, style of food, assistance of the staff and the taste of the food. For the class of restaurant, I’m also very pleased with the pricing. Having never been to this restaurant, I am very happy with my visit. I had the butternut squash ravioli. It was so delicious. They allowed me to change the nuts to asparagus which was incredibly better than the nuts was going to be personally. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Pleasantly surprised. We had a gift card to Biaggis and needed to do some Christmas shopping so we stopped in on a Friday night. I had no idea what to expect — I was thinking Olive Garden but it was more upscale and nicer than expected. After a just short wait we were seated. Our server was friendly though she at times disappeared when we were looking for her. The lobster bisque was decent — I thought the flavor was a bit weak and my wife liked it more, especially since it was not gloppy! My shrimp with garlic and oregano with cappallini was very good with 8 large shrimp. The salmon and shrimp over risotto was good though marred by somewhat overcooked salmon. Overall for a chain it was a very positive experience but with all the family owned Italian places in Rochester I am not sure I would rush back.

This was my first time there. It is also my last time going there. If you like soup this is the place for you. The butternut squash and apple soup was actually fantastic as were their selection of breads. We ordered the baked ziti(which is a seafood dish there) and the Fettuccine Alfredo something else. The sauce was as runny as the soup on both dishes. The poor quality of the sauce left it tasting bland and at the bottom of the dish. We tried using the table cheese to thicken it to little avail. They did compensate us for one of three meals. Also you do not even get a side salad with your dinner. That’s a ridiculous M/O for an «Italian“restaurant. No need to return.

I have visited Biaggi’s many times and remain impressed, the service and food quality is always excellent. When I am feeling like a treat I will always go for the Fettuccini & lobster, but I have tried several salads and the lunch Half & Half specials and always enjoyed. We have tried the Pronto pack take-out and it makes a welcome change from Pizza when you need to feed a house full of kids and are just lacking time or energy to pull it all together. This weekend we had Biaggi’s cater for a dinner party, Chicken Pietro, Salad, Butternut squash ravioli and it was all excellent! Lots of bread and sides for the entre were all included and everyone enjoyed the food. I am close to a five star review, certainly 4.5! This is NOT your average chain, feels like a local restaurant for sure.

Wow it’s placed in a mall and it was about 530 on a Saturday night didn’t expect it but we were able walk right in and get seated. The ambiance is nice and low key. We started with the deep fried ravioli. It tasted much better than it looked. The flavors popped when you took a bite. Yum!!! They also made fresh dipping sauce for the bread. It was a nice touch. Olive oil, cracked pepper and parmesan cheese. Now for our meal I chose a fish off the special menu rigatoni tuscano. It was rigatoni in red sauce with Italian sausage, peppers and onions with a small amount of infused goat cheese. This was amazing. The flavors were so well together and I enjoyed every bite. My husband ordered farfalle Alfredo with checken, peas and pancetta. His plate was empty! By the time we left, the place was full. Our waitress Jade was great she was attentive enough so we could enjoy our meal. Definitely will be back!

The quality of the Gluten free pizzas and there regular pizzas has dropped off making them unworthy of ever ordering again. Their take-out service is very inconsistent ranging from the fair to terrible. I believe they must hate people who don’t choose the drive-up service and come into the bar area to pick-up their orders because they make you wait and their tone is that they are annoyed that you’re there. Perhaps you don’t get tips from carry-out because(1) you don’t do anything to earn them, and/or(2) you’re surly service makes sure that not even a small gratuity in recognition of service industry salaries, is kept in the pocket.

We went there for a Friday evening dinner. We were seated promptly despite being late for our reservation. Our server Kenny was prompt, well informed, courteous and patient with 3 children in our group. When our food was brought out by the serving team they knew who had ordered what. We asked them for a couple additional things and when our server came back he already had all those with him. Great food, great prices and exceptional service!

I come here mostly for lunch meetings, and it’s always a pleasant time. The staff are very nice and attentive and the bread is to die for. The lunch menu is priced fairly with plenty of options for any picky eater. I personally love the lobster corn chowder soup. Not sure if it’s busy for dinner service but usually it’s moderately busy for late lunch.

Well I had the Baked Ziti Al Forno and it was actually quite delicious. My wife had a lobster and corn chowder that was very good and a ahi tuna salad with a blood orange dressing that she enjoyed. I will say that being a frequent traveler to Italy there’s nothing Italian about the food at Biaggi’s but they do have the classic American-Italian fare like chicken parm. To be fair, I could make that statement about most of the Italian restaurants in Rochester. We were a party of about 13 and the service was absolutely perfect with one exception. One of the waiters was trying to be extra professional and polite but had the wrong idea of what that was. He called my wife young miss a couple, of times and referred to my 89 year old father as young sir. I personally could care less but that bothered my wife. If I were in the area and starving, I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here. This is chain restaurant territory. Your options are limited and Victor is sparse with dining options.

So only after I entered the premises did I realize this was a chain restaurant. I still love the bread, and the service is amazing. Lamb was not bad, they were very accommodating and brought out a more cooked lamb. The risotto was pretty not great and seemed like it was made by a beginner cook/assistant… But when I mentioned it, the manager replaced with the lasagna… Delicious!!! Service was amazing! Waitress brought us everything we needed in a minutes notice, I’ve never had anything so efficient before! Definitely go if you want to induce food coma like a king! 5stars for focaccia bread, 5 more for our waiter, nice blond bubbly lady, wish I knew her name(it was a Sunday afternoon).

We always enjoy our visit here. It’s always consistent and the waiters/waitresses are always a pleasure and have a great attitude. Have to say we had one waiter twice now, and he’s just fantastic. Mr. Nikolay made our visits wonderful every time. The food is tasty, well cooked, presented, and very well priced. Total for the lady and myself with an appetizer and 2 entrees came out to less than $ 60. Definitely will be coming back and recommending this restaurant to others in the future. Also it’s connected to the awesome Eastview Mall. So if you feel like going for a stroll, there’s the big mall to do so. 10⁄10
