I love this place. I mean it’s krausers so I get basic stuff here. I get my cigarettes and snacks with an occasional drink. The owners are nice and very friendly. They are open for every holiday and always when it snows. They also sell chargers and adapters for almost any phone.
I am unsure what people writing the reviews below expect from a place like this. It’s a simple grocery store with a few additional perks that is part of my community.

How does this place exist and still make money? Who is happily shopping here? There’s no price tags on anything. When you get to the register, they don’t scan the items. They just make up a price! I don’t even know how to approach a place like this. Am I supposed to haggle?
It’s like a crappy inner city bodega or maybe a market in Istanbul or something. But when I was there other people were there and thought I was crazy for asking the guy how much everything was and leaving without a purchase when he made up some outrageous price. And there are two of them within a couple blocks of each other.
By the way their liquor store is just as bad with the lack of prices, etc.

I went in here only because my fiancé was getting a foot massage and I had time to kill. I walked in and almost wanted to walk out just as fast but I was thirsty and didnt feel like walking anymore. Its old dirty matter fact filthy to be honest and im glad all I got was a Snapple. The guy running it kept eye balling me cause I was carefully trying to pick up something to quench my thirst. The second I paid for my drink I left just fast as I could. I don’t understand how places like this are even still open

Do yourself a favor and avoid both locations. One of the worst C-​Store experiences imaginable. Dirty stores and rude help. Way overpriced and even worse they make up prices as they go.
Thankfully On The Run and more recently 7 – 11 opened making it easier to grab something quick.
