Great coffee! I buy my fresh coffee here for my cold brew system at home. Excellent customer service. Got a free cup of coffee and the staff seems interested in guiding customers through their list of different roasts and regional blends. Will be back for more!

This is where me and my friend meet up for little coffee escapes. Probably the best place to get something tasty that won’t break your wallet. I love the fact that the people who«work» there are strictly volunteers! All the proceeds go to a good cause that the local family has either joined or created. I don’t know. It’s very cool. Laid back and casual. Your average coffee house but with more of a tropical feel. I recommend the mocha madness which is a mocha coffee, iced or hot, all of the smoothies, and the breakfast burrito. It’s the bomb dot com. Though the location might throw you off, but once you step inside and smell the fresh coffee, it will be totally worth it.

Had the breakfast burrito and my son had the breakfast sandwich. Both awesome! He also had the Oreo blended iced coffee and I had the cocoa almond hot espresso. Love that it’s for a good cause. Peaceful environment.

The coffee and the staff: perfection. They treat you like family and make incredible coffee-all roasted right there! If you are a coffee connoisseur just go here. You will not be disappointed.

Thanks to the Unilocalers and their earlier reviews of Rio Coco Café, my wife and I discovered this hidden coffee-roasting gem in Vero Beach while on vacation. It’s located on the edge of the Vero Beach Airport but it’s worth the quick trip. Great Latin American coffee selections enjoyed with a French Press or a pour-over. Honduran Blue Mountain = highly recommend! Laura and her team were very knowledgeable, and very welcoming. It’s evident the they’re «all-in» to support Rio Coco’s charitable cause while providing a great atmosphere, great coffee, and a great experience. Do yourself a favor– if you love real coffee, keeping driving past Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks and go spend some time at Rio Coco.

You really don’t expect a place as quiet as Vero Beach to have their own coffee roasters, but they do, and it’s good. The Rio Coco Café is a charity organization that runs a dozen schools in Nicaragua, so the money you spend here goes towards that goal. All the staff here are volunteers and are really on top of things. Apart from a little mix-up with the coffee for my pour-over, the entire experience was really great, especially since in setting things right, the roaster gave me a little tour of the roasting room behind the kitchen. They even do cuppings here every so often. The flank steak sandwich is excellent. Yirgacheffe light roast pour over: 4⁄5 Steak sandwich: 5⁄5 Service: 5⁄5

Cool little place. I wish they opened an hour earlier. I had tea and a danish while meeting a friend who had an omelet. He loved his hot, cooked to order breakfast. My tea was good and appropriately hot. The danish was passable, but you could do as well at any grocery store bakery.

Have been till this place 3 times for breakfast I the last 5 months and every single time our had been closed. Maybe they should hire dine reliable staff for once. I done with this place, I’m going somewhere else, and so should you.
