Every time I have gone here they have always served me in a timely fashion. However, they always forget some part of my order or mess it up in some way. For example one of my favorite drinks is a cotton candy frappicino with paint the walls (Carmel drizzle inside the cup) and whipped cream and the last three times I’ve ordered it they haven’t put the Carmel drizzle. Other than attention to the details I don’t really have too many complaints about the store or staff they are always polite and the store is always clean and smelling great!

This specific store had consistently screwed up my orders in the past, run out of a popular seasonal flavor or taken a very long time to make my order. I don’t order any «special», just regular menu items. Today was the last straw. I went into the store and ordered a Tall Flat White and a Venti Café Mocha. After numerous orders put up, several of which no one claimed, several of which were incorrect, I went up to the counter and asked for a refund as I had been waiting 20 minutes. I was asked what I had ordered. When I told the them they said it was right there, pointing to an order with the name «John» written on it. I had not done my hair or put on makeup this morning but clearly I am NOT a man. The man who had taken my order told me he thought I said Jonna when asked during my order process. fair enough, but John (as it was clearly written on the cups) is a far cry from Jonna. Wasted 30 minutes of my life. Will NEVER go back to this store.

Location is clean. I typically receive my orders in a timely manner… Sometimes people place ridiculous orders in the drive-​thru, holding up the line — but that’s not the staff’s fault.

This place has gotten a LOT better. Baristas are awesome, service is fast. Kudos to the management and all of the workers. Drinks are better than the Starbucks on 60 but not as good as the one in Target. What can I say– those women are fabulous.

This location actually closes at 9:30. Or at least it did when we went here. Smallest stand alone Starbucks there is. It was so awkward to hear every detail of the conversation a few obnoxious people were having. Staff is rudest out of any location I’ve been to. Acted very snobby. And not ideal to sit and do any sort of work. Slowly my love for Starbucks is dying because of locations like this.

While most of the Starbucks that I visit are not only clean but have great service — not this location. I have been here three times in the least month and met with the same short service and long waits. On this particular occasion, I waited nine minutes in drive-​thru from the time I made my order at the loudspeaker to the time it was delivered. When I questioned this, I was met with the response that I could have come inside if I wanted a shorter wait.

This Starbucks needs to be laid out better. Their tables are wimpy. They simply don’t have enough comforatable seating.
Call me crazy (and many have), but every time I have ever been here there appears to be some type of massive cleanup going on behind the counter which leaves me cause for concern.
I haven’t had any problems with their coffee. I would just like a more comfortable seating arrangement.
