We decided to spend our Valentine’s dinner here and the food was good the kids loved it. Everything was good until we got home. I checked our bank account and discovered that we were in fact charged twice! So yes I called immediately and I was told that this is a common problem for them and that one charge will drop off in a few days. Since Monday was a bank holiday I waited until Tuesday and when I checked our account there where still two charges! I physically went to the restaurant after going to my bank and I was simply asking for a letter to give to my bank to fix the charges the«manager» refused to do so and promised my money would be available by the end of week! Although, the food was good and all I will not be back, it is not good pratice to mess with people’s money! From what I was told this a common problem I don’t find that acceptable.

This was better than I had expected. Party of 10 served promptly, food was above average, and good portions. We enjoyed it!

Style is a 10, no doubt. Food is ok, steak was tough, food mediocre. I felt rushed… This is a once a year kind of place with your guests. I would not say this is the kind of place you go for a really nice dining experience. Dont get me wrong… this place is fine… it just fell short for me.

went to this restaurant last weekend. i ordered a crispy grouper. the wait time is reasonable but the grouper is nowhere crispy. i was also trying to find a real grouper’s taste but sadly i have to drown it in sauce because i can’t find it.

We come to Fujiyama every time we are in Vero Beach. Cooks are fun and very entertaining. Food is fresh and lately I’ve noticed that they are using less butter in the fried rice which makes the meal lighter(In a good way). For a family of 6 it can be pretty expensive. They used to have an early bird special but I didn’t see this offered the last time we were there. Overall fun place to have dinner. Will continue to frequent because it is a unique dining experience.

Talk about rushing you in and out! This is the fastest hibachi I’ve ever experienced, a small show from the chef, not what I’ve become used to. Usually hibachi is an all night thing, l with a decent show of «tricks» from the chef. Our chef had a few but overall the entire experience felt very rushed. The food was very good, nice fresh seafood, I just wish I had not been rushed. I barely got to finish my second drink and I got my first at the bar well before we were seated. Slow your roll guys, let us enjoy the good food and have a great show too!

Nice atmosphere. Hibachi show not bad but could put in more since restaurant wasn’t that busy. It’s nice that they give both rice and noodles. However there was something weird about chicken. It seemed slightly undercooked and lacked flavor. I don’t think they even used salt n pepper while cooking. Our waitress never came by but bus lady was helpful. Overall it wasn’t terrible but probably not go again. Make sure to get coupon from money saver magazine usually found at Publix. It was nice of restaurant lady to tell me that on the phone. The hot siracha sauce was good but others they give for dipping could be better.

First time here. I think there motto should be.“eat, drink and get out!” They rush you out so fast so they can sit another party. I will never be back Go to benihana’s instead.

Sushi was fantastic, hibachi grill entrees were awesome and the service was really good. Kind of pricey, but you pay for the experience. We’ll go back for the sushi for sure.

I’ve been to this place several times now and it’s Fun place for a date or even friends. Ordered the filet and shrimp and it’s good, prices are a bit high for Vero but you’re really paying for the entertainment. Was a Saturday night and the cook loves to squirt sake in your mouth. LOL. The service is good, was seated promptly. Sat near the back of the restaurant… Just not very please with how clean the grill was, still some left over rice and something else in the corner of it? and where we sat, the place smelled like a day old garbage can.

I love this place, especially for lunch. I find it a little pricy for dinner but for lunch I think the value is outstanding. The sushi is very good and the hibachi is a fun show and the food is very very good. I am never left wanting anything and the staff are always friendly and attentive. I go here a few time a month and have never left disappointed.

It’s OK… but my Husband just loves this place! I DO love the chicken fried rice with extra scrambled egg added. They do have very good soup, just a beef broth with onions & mushrooms… I get extra mushrooms(they are fried) and skip the mushrooms, the flavor is really good. So for me, the fried rice and soup are plenty, since the rice with extra egg is pretty filling. We always sit in the booth area, away from the tables with the people around a huge table with the cook doing his show, fun with a crowd though.

Sorry but service was bad. We opted for sushi bar and had to sit and look at our sushi sitting on the bar in front of us while the chef walked away and the server was no where. If u like cooked rolls its good but not much else. I give it a 5, for 65 bucks and still hungry after. Unlike another sushi place downtown vero. I won’t be going back to this place ever!

Good food, the servers were watching and refilling as needed without hovering. On my visit the timing of our meals cooked in front of us and Sushi was not there. One of my guests had to sit ans watch while the rest of us ate…

Sushi is very good… the service is terrible… waitresses aren’t pleasant… don’t smile, don’t check on you… my order came out wrong and there wasn’t so much as an apology. Just a stupid question … Can she just give me the items they missed in my roll separately on a plate… Really?! Worth the drive for the sushi… Worth the drive back for the service…

Very clean and a lot of fun. Food was on par with most of the other Japanese Steak Houses I have visited. Kids at our hibachi seemed to enjoy the show put on by the chef. If tepinyaki is your thing worth a try.

ehh. I’m from San Diego. We have benihana’s and sho guns. So I wasn’t very impressed. The chef wasn’t bad, but he was boring. The onion volcano was about as exciting as it got. To me when you go to these places your paying the entertainment. Paying $ 25 for some fried rice, steak and shrimp I expect to be entertained. BUT with that being said, I know that not all chefs are the same. I could go here tomorrow and have a way better experience. When that time comes, I’ll edit my review. Other then that, I was impressed with the food I got. I had the salmon hand roll. It was goooooooood and they hooked it up on the amount of salmon. I also had the octopus. Yum yum yum.
