Applebee’s

Average chain restruant food. I usually don’t eat at chain restruants. Honestly, I find the food at these places to be boring. Anyways on to the food. I haven’t been to this restruant in years and decided to try the American Standard burger for take out. What makes this different is that the ingredients are «seared in» the burger patty. Those ingredients were onions bacon and pickles. It also has a special sauce which tasted like ketchup and mustard mixed together with pickle juice. I wasn’t crazy about it. On to the meat. In terms of quality it is slightly above a fast food burger. Just the typical chain restruant burger. I did request BBQ seasoning on my fries and that was interesting. I liked it. Also it would’ve been nice to have tomato and lettuce with the burger. I was satisfied with the meal and the staff was friendly but I probably wouldn’t order it again. If you like things mixed in your burger, go for it.

Our third time in a row here with stellar service and outstanding food. Great new menu selections and the manager seems to stop at your table each time to make sure everything went well.

We arrived at Applebee’s only to be greeted by no one. After waiting a few minutes, a friendly hostess showed us to our table. It wasn’t crowded or noisy. Our server never refilled our drinks, failed to ask about our food (it wasn’t great or cooked to order). We won’t be going for a return visit. An overall bad experience that I advise all to avoid.

We eat here regularly and the service and food quality has gone down hill. The last 3 times here they don’t have glasses. The last 2 times we were here we were served our drinks in to go cups. Tonight we had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks because there were no glasses. Had the nachos and there was no chili on them the waitress tells us they don’t serve it with chili anymore. They cost the same though

We arrived and chose to sit at the bar. After sitting for about 5 minutes the bartender decided she would tend to us. The feeling we had was we were more of a nuisance for sitting at an empty bar. It was around 1 in the afternoon. The feeling only worsen when we ordered a water and coke to drink.
I then ordered Applebee’s triple cheese burger. The funniest thing happened when the burger came out. IT DIDN’T HAVE BACON ON IT. When the server dropped it off. She said here is your triple cheeseburger obviously never looking at the burger. When I was finally able to get the bartender to break her conversation with another employee and check on us. I pointed out the problem with the burger. She decided to tell me about the burger. Bacon mayo, bacon cooked in the meat and topped with bacon. There was the problem. It was just a cheeseburger. I tried to send it back. Her way of solving the problem. She went into the back and brought me out bacon on a plate. This would make it a bacon cheese burger not a triple bacon cheese burger. It felt as if she didn’t know the difference in the burgers or care for the job.
From here i no longer wanted the burger. Asked just to get it removed from the bill. After explaining why to her i then had to go through the whole process with the manager on hand. It just was dragging a bad experience out.

What a difference! food was excellent and service great. Had quit going there because of lousy everything

Service was very fast and friendly. Prices were fair and substitutions were readily handled. Food was very tasty. I had Bourbon steak with red potatoes and mushrooms. Served hot. Wife had grilled chicken wonton tacos with brownie dessert. She was happy. Décor was fine. Volume of noise acceptable. Would recommend

The atmosphere and food here was good.
We especially appreciated our waiter Jared. Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, efficient and a great smile.

Millicent was our server. This place has improved compared to other reviews. It was very busy but our party of five was seated in less than ten minutes. Our server was especially helpful and accomodated my wife and I with three small children. I would return.

I hate the fact that I even have to give this place one star. This place
SUCKS. Service… SUCKS. Food… SUCKS.
Don’t eat here.
