Citrus Ridge Post Office

Very polite people behind the counter but they are SUPER SLOW!!! It should not take more than 2 min to tend to one person unless they have a heck of a lot of things– sometimes there’s only 1 person behind the counter and that seriously makes for a very long wait especially when a lot of elderly people come in and ask 5 million questions and wanna have a 5 min conversation with the employee when there’s a bunch of people behind them. I think that if they had at least 2 people at the counter at ALL TIMES there wouldn’t be a long line of aggravated people. On a better note the post office is very clean and well stocked with packaging supplies. As for mail delivery to my home — the postman or woman (I see two different people) are very inconsistent with delivery times if they even come at all!!! I’ve gotten mail delivered way after 5pm which is unacceptable– one time it was 8 pm !!! With the holidays coming im very concerned with things arriving on time as well as getting my business shipments out with the long lines as is off season!!! Each delivery driver should be on schedule and the people at the counter need to pick up the pace
