I moved out of Santini after being a loyal tenant for over 3 years. 5 months before our lease was up, we had to move out due to relocation. My husband sadly lost his job. We signed a lease termination and paid Santini $ 950. Keep in mind, during our 3.5 year stint, we had 4 neighbors on our left side and at least 2 neighbors(maybe 3 can’t remember) on our right. The place was constantly having tenants coming and going. We passed our inspection and moved out. So not only did they keep our $ 1400 deposit, and we paid them $ 950 additionally, but they just slapped us with a lawsuit saying we owe them $ 8000! $ 8000!!! We don’t have that kind of money. We paid them to terminate the lease early! They said they couldn’t rent it! Mind you, we had such a nice unit with such nice furniture, they asked us to use our unit to show prospective tenants. This greedy large property management company is trying to ruin our lives! Apartments are nice but they have strict rules and are money hungry!
