Sales rep was really nice and knowledgable in what was needed for my spouse. He is very heavy therefor needed a mattress that would support his weight. And he wasn’t pushing us to get a more expensive mattress. So we purchased a mattress and was delivered the very next day. One month later we felt the mattress didn’t seem to support my spouses weight (190 6ft). We called the sales rep back and let them know, they said we have a 100 days to try it out and can return it anytime for a different mattress. No hassle no questions. The sales was from the south and we got the southern hospitality.
