I Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!!! This place delivered a pizza to me that was slid over to one side(the drivers fault) see photos I tipped him $ 6 but didn’t see the pizza was slid till after he left, my fault. When I called the manager, I was promised a new pizza in 30 min. Well, after 45 min. I called & they said it would be any minute. 10 min. more I finally got a new pizza with no apologies & no refund or discount. I will NEVER order from there again! They give the normally good Rosati’s Pizza a bad name. Good thing there’s 20 other Pizza choices within a few miles.

I really like their thin crust SOB pizza. Sausage, Onion and Bacon. The rest of my family likes their thick with just cheese or sometimes added pepperoni.

Called to order a pizza. They advertise that they have anchovies, but apparently the person who orders toppings forgot. So I substitute with mushrooms. They ask me what kind of salad dressing I want, and I ask for Italian, figuring it’s hard to screw that up. The price comes to $ 25 and I put a $ 5 tip on it for the driver. 45 minutes goes by and I get a call: «We’re out of Italian salad dressing, could we interest you in ranch?» She seemed surprised when I asked to cancel the order.

We ordered about 8 pizzas for a meeting today, and while it smelled absolutely delicious, the pizzas were awful. I appreciate their attempt at the thin crust, but what makes thin crust pizzas worthwhile is the crunch you get from the pizza every time you take a bite. Unfortunately, these pizzas were incredibly soggy, and because Rosati’s layers their pepperoni underneath their cheese, the cheese layer and the crust often separated, resulting in a big mushy mess. At this point, I think I would have preferred Dominos or Papa John’s.

I was pleasantly surprised when I bought a slice of pizza, a garlic bread and can of root beer at Rosati’s Pizza today. I had never heard of this place, despite it being around for many years(as I learned by reading their menu in-store). I stumbled upon this store accidentally, as I was visiting a nail salon in the same location. The store has no large flashy signs or advertisements out front, but as I left the nail salon I could smell something good and it happened to be lunch time… so I thought, why not? The plain cheese slice I ordered was ready to go, but the garlic bread took about ten minutes. At first, I started to grow impatient as I was hungry, but the staff here are super friendly and when my garlic bread was ready I was offered a fresh slice of pizza straight out of the oven in exchange for the first slice I had been given when I first ordered. My entire order came to about $ 5, which is a real steal for me.(This is without a tip. I’m Australian, so I still find it hard to remember the tipping concept here in America… wasn’t sure if I was supposed to pay extra here or not. I need to research this.) The quality of the food is incredible! It has been a very long time since I have had pizza this good. The base was the perfect mixture of soft puffiness and crispiness in all the right spots. Not too saucy on top, and plenty of cheese. The garlic bread was also fantastic! It was absolutely delicious. Next time I’m in the mood for pizza I know exactly where I am ordering from!

Chicago style deep dish is amazing. I agree, prices are a little steep, but it’s worth it for that first bite.

I’ve ONLY gone here for Italian beef sandwiches, which i can honestly say are THEBOMB. Rosati’s always has excellent food. I love them, even though they’re a chain. They’re somewhat consistent across locations(except the Buffalo Grove one — which BAKES, yes I said bakes their french fries). Anyways, this location is easy to find — in a strip mall. The girl who has helped me at the register was very friendly. The store didn’t seem to have any heat, so waiting the 15 minutes for my food was FREEZING — but the food was good. And that’s it! Rosati’s can always be counted on for good pizza and amazing italian beef sandwiches(get the CHEEF). Highly recommended.

Pretty good pizza for the price. The thin crust is my favorite. The garlic cheese bread is good too.
