I wasn’t sure what how many stars to give this place. The first couple times I’ve been here I’ve had excellent service with very friendly associates. I went in the other day to look at some rings. I tried on a couple that caught my eye and the lady that was helping me asked if I had a budget. I wasn’t sure what their rings were priced so I said I didn’t want to spend over $ 75 – 100. The girl (I think her name was Kelly) began to laugh at me. I was so shocked and wanted to walk out. I wish I did because I didn’t want to give her the sale. I ended up going back the next day and returning them. I told a different associate why I was upset and she apologized. I ended up exchanging for different rings. I think laughing at a customer especially for their budget is extremely unprofessional and rude. I still gave this place 4 stars because the other associates that have helped me were all very friendly.

My first visit to this particular store to pick some charms. Was very happy with the customer service. The outlet also had a good collection which was a nice thing.
Within a week of my purchase there was a promo of free bracelet for certain purchases. I went back to the store and they honored me the same benefit on my earlier purchase without any hassles.
Will be back here when I decide to pick up more Pandora!

I just had the most horrible experience there. They have a big sale on now and I expect to wait somewhat. I was told the wait would be about 20 to 25 minutes. So, 45 minutes later I was still in line with 6 people ahead of me. What really upset me was that there was a gentlemen there behind me. He went up to Alexandria and got served right away. I asked Alexandria about this and she said he had called earlier, so he got taken care of right away. She was very rude and I find this kind of customer service unacceptable. After about 10 more minutes of waiting, I left. Was frustrating to see people placed in line BEHIND me get taken care of. They really need to have more people working when having this type of sale going on. Really poor.

This store has great customer service and good selection. I have been to other locatins before and this one has by far the most helpful people. They really take the time to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. I have felt no pressure to made additional purchases other than what I have come in for. Great selection of Pandora charms and pieces. I would recommend this location.
