I work at the mall and i cant help but get the cheesy Italian Beef(definitely dipped) with hot peppers. I absolutely love how the cheesy beef is here and i can’t help but say that it’s(possibly) better than Portillo’s. I love how they actually dip the entire beef sandwich to the point where it is completely dripping with au-jus and you almost have to use a fork and knife to eat it. I have also tried to cheeseburger and the gyro-burger, and I can definitely tell you that it’s amazing. It’s definitely not the healthiest thing for you… but the gryo-burger brings your taste buds to a whole different level. When I first tried it, i could barely hold it without toppings falling off and grease dripping all over. It makes my taste buds water just thinking about it. If you’re looked for something greasy, delicious, and somewhere along the lines of «hangover food», then this would definitely be my winning choice. As for the fries its all about opinion, i don’t really care for them but I’m more of a ‘crispy fry person’ like portillo’s fries. Ketchup’s fries are thicker with a soft inside. But I’m not saying they’re bad at all. They definitely taste delicious. I would definitely rate this one of my favorite places at the mall where you can get food similar to old school«diners and dives.»

When comparing other fast food places in the food court, Ketchup looked to be the best. Maybe I just ordered the wrong item — I had the Chicken Gyro — it was just ok. The«cucumber sauce» was bland, the meat was dry, and they don’t put feta on there(we had to ask for some on the side). The fries were probably the best part of the meal, but I mean how hard is it to deep fry some frozen potatoes? I should have gone with my gut and ordered a salad because their veggies looked pretty good and their salad selection on the menu read well… but at this point I am not sure that, if confronted with that choice, I would want to take that risk or just leave the mall in search for something better… to be continued.

To say that this place is the best option @ the food court is like saying the only girl in school is a hottie. I mean what are the options? Everything in this food court is so bland and unappetizing, the kids actually want to eat somewhere else before heading down to the mall to shop. I had an Italian beef combo the two times I have eaten here. First time it was very good and they do a decent job of piling on the beef. Second time I ate here, they did not have any beef simmering in the au jus, so I watched as the guy scooped it out of the container and dropped it in to warm up. Once I got the sandwich, the beef had bad aftertaste. I think the au jus must not have been fresh or reused too many times. Needless to say, I will skip it next time. If I find myself hungry here, will try the burger combo. I just wish we had more options :(

I think this is the best restaurant in the food court. I ate the cheeseburger and fries meal here which had a well cooked cheeseburger, possibly better than Portillos or Five Guys, which had a nice juicy patty and just the right amount of condiments and bread. The fries are kind of meaty, soft, and crispy which are delicious but may not suit everyone’s tastes. I definitely look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu items.

Char foods; the taste = average at best. They recently had a YouSwoop offer and that’s how I came to try more of their foods. Previously I’d just had a cheeseburger combo which was okay. Since the value of the certificate was ten buckaroos I got a chance to dry different items. That and sharing the experience with another person with a YouSwoop certificate. What have I learned? Their cheddar dog is terrible, or at least the way their guys prepared it was. Topping it the way a usual hot dog goes and then dousing it in cheddar sauce is not good. The charbroiled and /or BBQ chicken sandwich is just okay. BBQ sauce tastes like Open pit. A small fries is the right size portion for lunch. About their food; while its char food and I like char foods, most of the stuff served at Ketchup is just okay. If it weren’t for these certificates, I probably would not have returned nor am adamant to do so in the future.

Saw this place in the mall as we were finishing some shopping. Finally! A new concept and name in a mall food court! The menu was large and the choices fit any appetite… Truly a fun place to order from!

I’m not a fan of ketchup at all… the sauce that is, but when I first went up to the counter of this fast food restaurant I became an instant fan. Cheap combo meals, great tasting fries that are crunchy soft, and best of all mouth watering gyros that are AMAZINGLYDELICIOUS! I’m so glad this place opened up. I can’t wait to go back for those fries!
