Godiva Chocolatier

Went in to buy chocolate covered strawberries. Received extra terrible service by shawn. Ruined my bday. There are 5 ppl working there and they’re all useless.

I always feel hesitant to review national brands because they don’t really need any more attention or insight from common folk like me. However, this national brand is not just national… its international, and it happens to be my favorite chocolate in the world. Let me take you on a wonderful journey…
Ashley and I would always come in here to see if there was a sample available. Sometimes you just need one piece of chocolate, not 20, ya feel me?
So, this particular day, there was a sale on large chocolate bars. 3 for $ 10 I think? Anyway, we bought a few and the cashier told us that with our $ 10 purchase, we are eligible for Godiva Rewards membership. Sweet! What does it include?
Welllllll…every month you get a free truffle, no questions asked. Just «give me my truffle and I’ll be on my way.» That simple. sweet right? That’s not all. You also get $ 10 FREE during you birthday month to use however you want. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE!!! JUST TEN FREE DOLLARS.
Of course we bought more than $ 10 worth, because let’s be honest, a day without Godiva is a day I don’t want to be alive.

This store has the BEST customer service I’ve ever had. The manager there has always been so accommodating. They’ve helped with donations for an event I had and helped me on Valentine’s Day with the perfect gift for my husband. Highly recommend this place over Fannie May!

Whenever I am at Westfield Mall I have to stop at Godiva for a cone of milk chocolate covered strawberries. Mmmmm. Every time I come here the customer service is amazing. I am sure I have come on occasions where staff is having a bad day but they never let it show. All of the people who work her are wonderful and amazing however I must admit my favorite is JoAnne. She is just the sweetest lady. Also, can the chocolate get any better? Oh and the free samples. Yum. I wish every store could be like this place! So if you want some great chocolate with very nice people and fabulous atmosphere stop by. It is well worth it! By the way, you want to know customer service? I stopped by today with my family and got distracted by all the different goodies we were getting and left my cosmetics purchase at the store. After much more shopping away from the mall I realized I did not have my cosmetics and must have left them at Godiva. As soon as I called they let me know they had it and were just waiting for me to pick it up. As soon as I strolled in the store they knew it was for me. $ 150 worth of cosmetics almost lost but not at Godiva. What an awesome place! Mmmmm milk chocolate covered strawberries…

Friendly staff, great service, perfect gifts!

Well, I had some time this morning after a coffee before getting some work done and had to get my chocolate fix on. Since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner I figured that Godiva had the quality fix for me. Plus I was getting some ideas for the upcoming day…
Now being a Guy I ask you, «Why can’t someone buy me chocolate for Valentine’s?» Guys like chocolate too! I’m getting addicted to truffles lately.
The chocolatier was very helpful… maybe because the customer before me was hitting on her pretty hard! I sampled the Chocolate Lava truffle as I get one free per day with their frequent rewards card.
On the to try list:
Cappuccino Truffle
Hazelnut Praline Truffle
Champagne Truffle
Seriously ladies… get your man some chocolates on occasion. I’m sure they will be very grateful. Hell, I’d even give you a 30 minute deep tissue massage for every truffle!!!
