Craig Schussler, DDS

Fair dentist. Nice person. Staff is great. Very personable. Saved me from the horrible dental place next door to them.

I was a patient of Dr Schussler’s up until about 5 years ago. I used to drive alllll the way up to Vernon Hills from Chicago, but I had to switch due to a change of insurance. (HMO…grumble, grumble, grumble)
I loved going to Dr Scussler and believe it or not, actually enjoyed my visits with him. We had similar tastes in music and would share stories about our personal lives. He would even stop fiddling in my mouth so I could talk every once and awhile. It was quite amusing!
I never experienced pain or was recommended unnecessary procedures. I got to watch Seinfeld episodes while getting my teeth drilled. His office was small and he only had 2 staff when I went there (not sure what it looks like now). Everyone was always very nice and they all even remembered my name after 2 visits!
I miss Dr Schussler, but I’m carless now and have crappy HMO coverage, so it’s impossible to go see him anymore. I’ve have nothing but bad luck with dentists ever since (see my other reviews for that story).
Dr Schussler is a rarity!
