Great orthodontic group.

Hi I had treatment here with Dr. Port and Dr. Klein about 10 years ago and now I have taken my little cousin who is now 15 for treatment here because of the great service they provided me and my parents years ago. I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed with the assistants, front desk or the doctors for that matter. They explain everything they are doing or going to do. They answer any questions you may have. And they make is POSSIBLE financially for you, your children or family members to get treatment. And they are not pushy AT ALL. If you or or child don’t need them or not just yet, they will tell you. And now a days doctors will just want to start you just for the money. But not there.
As I look at the reviews on here there’s no way that I could agree with Aarsi S.
My cousin has a handful of friends who also see Dr. Port and Dr. Klien and have nothing but nice things to say about the office.
My suggestion would be to go and see what YOU think of them. Get your opinion on the Doctors and go with whom ever you feel more comfortable with. But I know once you meet the staff and doctors you will be happy with them.
Abblie maybe you didn’t wear your retainers. I know when I stopped wearing mine for a while my teeth shifted and Dr. K. told me to wear them more and I did that and they are back to where did should be.

I went to Dr. Gary T. Klein in Jan 2012 upon a referral from my dentist. A Very bad experience, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR AS WELL AS UNSKILLED, IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE STAFF. They will give you all wrong information regarding your bills etc (like they told me that I don’t owe anything to them and later after a year and a half send me a collections agency notice of $ 172 due in my account. NO STATEMENTS OR COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR SIDE IN BETWEEN THIS WHOLE YEAR AND A HALF). I called them to clarify that I contacted their office once about a month after I visited them for consultation and their staff told me that I have no dues and my account is all clear, and to this the lady said may be it was a mistake and I have to pay now. When I asked to talk to Dr Klein, he had no courtesy to come on phone and talk to me.
I would like to warn everyone out there looking for a good professional doctor for the orthodontics treatment, PLEASE AVOID THIS DOCTOR as this treatment is a very long commitment with your doctor and you do not want somebody who is just sitting their to rip you off financially and does not care for you at all.

I see Dr. Port and love him. I referred my friend and she see Dr. Klein. So does her son. Plenty of appoinment times between this and the Gurnee office, great assistants, and easy payment options. It’s also clean and high-​tech. :-)
