Chipotle Mexican Grill

I think that the fresh food at Chipotle is wonderful and the location is not an exception. The place was clean and the staff friendly.

Solid service and the best portions of any Chipotle around. Great place for lunch if you work in the corporate park nearby.

Picked up my youngest and had a carnitas bowl. Not sure why teens and young adults enjoy this so much.

Over rated more like a jailhouse burrito they take everything and I do mean everything an stuff if an all different juices from everything into a huge burrito. Then it gets soggy an tears from all the juices. It is way over priced better off going to a real Mexican restaurant and getting a full platter dinner and dessert and a beverage for the same price

Stopped by to pick up some Chipotle from this location after a while ever since the whole fiasco. The food tasted great, and they were generous with the portion. Keep up with the portion and great taste, and I’ll be back for more!

Avoiding the lunch rush is key. I crave Chipotle even though the chain has some issues recently. It’s also waaaaaaay better than Qdoba in my opinion. I just wish it was closer to work. Driving down route 60 passed the mall sucks.

I am a business traveler and I frequent Chipotles all over. This particular location was very sub par. Portions were smaller than normal. I also noticed the pinto beans looked old and over heated. The staff also wasn’t very alert, my food was pushed over to the order ahead of me and was about to be put into his bag.

I use Chipotle online ordering at this location often. Typically, the meal is not ready when I arrive despite it being past the time it said it would be ready. I understand that and don’t mind waiting, bc at least I know it is fresh. However, this past order was not only not ready, but the order was not right. I ordered guacamole and no lettuce on one burrito bowl, but they added lettuce and omitted the guacamole, which I paid extra for. The other bowl came with white rice, not brown, and only one type of salsa when I asked for all three.
I love being able to order online and avoid the long lines, but it is not worth getting the wrong meal.

This is the only Chipotle I’ve been to besides the one on my campus. My data points aren’t numerous, so I can’t tell if the serving sizes here are smaller than average or if the serving sizes on campus are just huge. Serious 180 when I came here. I was pretty jarred by how much smaller the portions were. How will I exercise my freedom now? How will I gorge myself on reasonable portions?
They let you choose tortilla sizes here though, which isn’t an option at the other Chipotle.

WORST around! I was greeted with «hold on» very rudely! Then a girl walked over wiping her nose w/​the gloves she was wearing to make my food, GROSS! Thankfully all she touched were the tortillas in the warmer for my tacos & the rude guy came back to take over… which, I’m not sure what was worst?!? He proceeded to make my tacos, I’m completely serious when I had 4 small pieces of chicken on each taco (had to ask for more twice. then he proceeded to the salsa which was super small splash then on to the sour cream & cheese that I had to ask like 6 times for more to even be a normal amount for a taco & he was EXTREMLY Rude!!! I paid $ 6.97 for what would have been 3 empty taco shells if I was not paying attention. Total waste of money if you don’t pay attention! Staff needs social skills!

Worst Chipotle around. I am a Chipotle expert and have been a very loyal customer for years. Now that I’m working in Vernon Hills, I was excited to have a chipotle so close to my office. I always around online to save me some time during lunch. The first time I ordered from this place I had a very small bowl and had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my order should have been completed. Ok, fine it happens.
Now, I ordered online again with a coworker and when picking up the order, I didn’t open it up to check the order.
The bowls were both half empty. I have never seen a skimpier order from Chipotle. I will be calling shortly to request my money back because this is ridiculous.

They are the nicest people ever! They’re so friendly and helping! My girlfriend left her wallet here. They found it and returned it to us!

Whoever does the ordering here needs to be fired. This is the second time that I have come here around 9:30 pm and they were out of items. This time, they were out of black beans and chips. Wtf? Black beans come from a can and have a long shelf life as well as chips. Looks like I will start going to Qdoba instead Chipotle.

Pretty much your average Chipotle nothing special. I go here often for lunch and usually leave satisfied with the quality and quantity of food given. Love ordering a half steak half chicken Burrito Bowl with a tortilla on the side.

The line here during the lunch hour is absurdly long because of all the corporate guys (myself included) who come here. During these huge rushes, they can be kind of stingy with the portions, and you have to ask for more. When you can see the edges of the bottom of the burrito bowl after literally asking for every ingredient, you know they haven’t given you nearly enough of anything. Having said that, they usually do a decent job of addressing the matter if you catch them at the station. Just ask for a tiny bit more, and they’re usually accomodating. There is this one lady who seems like she’s really trying to squeeze every penny out of the operating margins that she can though. She’s annoying.
Otherwise, it’s Chipotle. What’s not to love?

The workers are so nice! They smile a lot and never seem to be bothered by long lines or restless customers. Everyone is extremely friendly! It also doesn’t hurt that there’s a couple really cute girls that work there!

Like somebody else said, their online ordering is terrible. Two times they didn’t have the order ready (15 min or more wait) and today it was ice cold! Three strikes, you’re out!

Its Chipotle Mexican Grill, need I say more?
This is one of the biggest chain restaurants in America. So, my review of this location is… its good. Its exactly what you would expect out of a Chipotle. I have gone dozens of times, and never had any issues.
So, nothing bad to say. Just stop in, and grab your burrito!

Mehhh, not coming back. Just not good. They keep forgetting stuff, either my salsa or my tortilla wrap that I asked to have on the side. Ordered chips at Chipotle for the first time and they are very mediocre. They give you the same salsa that goes into your burrito, save your money.
Don’t do the Sofritas, which is just vegetarian ground beef made with soy and is hot pretty much. I think I will go back to doing my veggie burritos. It’s just a marketing scam. I am a bit disappointed that there is not even tortilla soup at chipotle. Just Burrito, Bowl, Taco or Salad. I think I will venture further out into Chicago Ave on Ukranian Village to eat AUTHENTIC hole in the wall yum-​mexican food.

Work in an office in the business park across the street from this location, so we order out for lunch quite a bit. This is the second time in two weeks that we have submitted an online order only to have it not ready for close to an hour after our scheduled pick up time. Not only that but someone’s order is always missing. We order at plenty of other restaurants without issues, this is the only restaurant that can’t seem to get their shit together lately.
On top of it, the woman that my co-​worker complained to didn’t apologize and didn’t want to honor a coupon and fought with her after we had been waiting for ALMOST AN HOUR. Her explaination is that if she honored the coupon we would have to wait longer (like she cared) and that the reason our order was so late is because they have walk in business and didn’t want to turn them away. Well she just turned a whole department away from ever ordering there again. Congratulations!
