After nearly 20 years with Verizon I was getting tired of the run around.
I was happy to meet RICHARD HINOJOSA. He showed me a way to have nicer products with more data at a lower cost per month. He was very patient and professional.

«Too many cooks…» who don’t know what the other is doing. Of the half dozen or more employees, there are only two who seem to know what’s going on, and they’re not always available. Also — young workers in this field have to realize that the person across the counter is not being paid by the hour, as they are. Customers need to settle issues concerning their equipment and get on the road and on with their life. A recent encounter that required four visits cost me a great deal of time that, with better organization on the part of this facility, I could have been using much more productively. Overall… too disorganized.

Great Customer Service!!! After having the worst experience in the esplanade store I decided to try this Ventura location. I was greeted with a smile and promptly assisted! I complimented the staff and made sure their manager heard about the great service. I have definitely found my Sprint store and highly recommend this location to others! ! Thank you!!!
