I have been coming here for several years! There is no better Place around! I have also lived in woodland hills and tried to find a similar place but nothing could satisfy my New Panda palate!
Wonderful staff, generous portions, and the best Chinese food I have ever had!

Gross. By the time I got home with my takeout there was a small layer of grease coating the entire inside of the bag. I got the orange chicken and chow mein and both were barely edible. SOGGY. Soggy noodles, soggy breading, and dry tough meat. Not going back.

Some of the best orange chicken I have ever had. My first time in I got the Combo C (three entrees and rice or chow mein). Bbq pork, orange chicken and sesame beef. the serving size was HUGE. I normally eat tons of food and their portions surprised me. The service was super friendly and the food was just outstanding… this is now an instant favorite for me in the area.

Stopped in to grab some food since I was in the area however I thought I was going to get chinese food but all they had was rolls, I was hungry so I ordered a california roll to go… almost 8 dollars later. rolls was ok and was in a nice package but I was hoping for chinese food.

Great Food, always good. The portions are huge, we get the combo B and it is enough for 2 people. The food is always hot and fresh. The reason I am selecting 4 stars instead of 5 is because thr restroom is not clean and last time I ordered shrimp they cook fresh, it took a really long time, I honestly think they forgot I was there… overall great place… great food… we will be back…

Been coming to this place for YEARS and I’ve NEVER been disappointed!!! The employees are always very sweet and helpful, and the food is always on point!!! The won ton soup is probably the best I’ve ever had and their orange chicken is absolutely delicious.
The servings are huge. Be prepared for leftovers because you will have them. Not only do they offer tasty food but are reasonably priced. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend!!!

I love this place whenever I am in the mood for Chinese I always come here. The food is always tasty and the portions are amazing for the price. I always seem to have leftovers which makes it nice for a second meal as well. I personally love the kung pao and the BBQ pork just love that sweetness of the BBQ pork. I am a huge fan of née panda and will always come back.

Hmm, I wasn’t a fan. Both the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken had tough edges and was really chewy. None of the tables were clean. There was a line but I think it had more to do with the service being behind. I still ate the food but just barely so I gave it two stars…

Great place, great prices, and the serving sizes are more than enough. Trust me you will know what I mean if you go to New Panda. A must visit chinese restaurant. Possibly the best in the 805.

Very good food. been here about 8 – 9 times… everything was good & i loved it. great seasoning on food… sometimes we would eat in and sometimes to go… until i went to the restroom! OMG! So nasty never going back… SORRY! but if restroom looks like this, and this is what customers see… i dont want to imagen what it looks like where we are not allowed… where is sanitation department. EWW!Eww!

I would not go back to this place again.
1) Food is overpriced for no apparent reason. its greasy oily, all you taste is oil. maybe I am health conscious person, but poeple can do better than this choose place like.
2) I told him to give me smallest chow me in possible for la carte order… When he brought up. He gave me the largest one. charged me for it. I stayed quiet… but the food is waste now… beacause I will never be able to finish it. since I a m not
try something else, but not this. .This is for somebody with very high metabolism. .definitely not for me.

Too tired to cook and craving Chinese food? New Panda is your go to place if you live near the Petit and Telephone crossroad.
Affordable and tasty. I wish they had more vegetarian options but I’m quite happy munching on the fried rice and chow mein.
Remember to hit the gym after. Cheers!
