Jamba Juice smoothies are just not good. I never go here because I know that. But I gave them another chance today while going to Urban Café. I got a pomegranate, mango, strawberry smoothie. The smoothie didn’t have any flavor to it, they never do, This is why I’ve been going to Blenders the past few years. Thank you Jamba Juice for reminding me why I should never give my money to you. I can make better smoothies at home. Maybe I should open my own smoothie business… nah I’ll just keep going to Blenders, and so should you.

I do so much enjoy my Jamba just about every week and find Jamba’s all over the country. I really like this time of year when they have the Pumpkin Smash. The pumpkin with almond milk is pretty good too.

I had a problem with my smoothie and the management team immediately addressed the problem and they were SO NICE. They are very consistently good but it was so great to see that if for any reason the quality wasn’t great they were more than happy to graciously fix the problem. Very satisfied.

I have been to this Jamba multiple times since arriving in Ventura. Each time I was happily greeted by the team working. Even when we walked in close to closing time they workers were so nice and kind! If you want good customer service and a short wait time then come to this location!

Ordered a Mango a go go large to share with my kids. First, be sure to register your phone number so you can get rewards for your purchase. It was nice to see how many points away from my next reward right on the check in screen and no one is asking me to say my number out loud. Second, the clerk volunteered to split our drink into three cups so we could each have our own … No extra charge. Great service and a nice afternoon treat.

I feel the pain of working here since Jamba Juice was my first job while I was in High School. So I know how drinks are made and prepared.
I would have to say my Biggest dissapointment is that they now charge for boosts! I remember when the boosts were free. Plus the prices have gone up for their products. The one reason why I loved coming to JJ is because the quality and cost were on point… it’s not the same anymore.

Walked in today to redeem my $ 3 off reward for joining the Jamba insider program. There wasn’t any line so ordering was quick. To redeem any rewards or promotions you have to type in your phone number on the little pad on top of the register.
I haven’t been to Jamba for a while so the $ 6.99 for a large strawberries dreamin was pretty surprising, should be $ 5 max. The coupon brought it to $ 3.99… So it’s ok, just for this visit though. They fixed me up with my drink pretty fast. It was good, not too sweet or artificial.
I think I’ll be making my smoothies from home now on. I won’t be back without a deal.

What a delicious drink I got this morning.
I usually get a small size of Carrots Juice no ice with lemon in any Jamba store in T.O. Now I work and new to Ventura. I’m glad this nice location nearby. When I walked in I saw a poster on the wall and I thought about those green stuff I saw the other day in the Nektar Juice bar in Westlake. So first I ordered a small (12 oz I guess) of Tropical Greens which was blending of Kale, spinach, apples, pineapples and Omega-​rich chia seeds Very delicious. I drank it all quickly and got another 16 0z ($ 6.19) and a piece of Apple Cinnamon Pretzel ($ 2.49, warm no toasted, so so) for my friend who feels lack of energy…
