The main location is well stocked for a small store, or they can order whatever you need. Their«service» center is, well, lacking in the service area. My latest experience has left me looking for another mower guy. I had to remind them, on a Monday, how long it had been since I asked to have my mower picked up for service(btw, a $ 60 fee). I was told, on a Monday, that they would call me on Wednesday to set up a time for pick up Friday. Wed. comes and goes… no call, Thur. comes and goes… again no call, Fri. afternoon someone called to tell me they«wanted to come by in 10 min. to get the mower» unfortunately I was able to drop what I was doing to accommodate their schedule. The mower was eventually picked up and then after another few weeks had passed I had to call them for an update and remind them how long they’ve had it. After debating the staffs scheduling and communication skills I was again told they they would call me with the details later. And, again, I had to call them. The mower eventually made it’s way back and I put it to use that afternoon. When I had finished about ¾ acre I put the mower away and through just dumb luck after about 30 min. had to go back the out-building for something else I saw that the mower was sitting in a POOLOFOIL! I called about this issue the very next morning with the details only to be asked if «did you maybe knocked something loose while wiping it down», or in other words, «this is probably your fault»? It took another week to get someone here to look at it because, well, to be honest I don’t know why. And, again they called just minutes before they showed up. Eventually it was determined that, after changing the oil, they had(improperly) installed a quick oil-drain valve(something I didn’t ask for, btw). When I asked about an adjustment to the $ 300 invoice I had to mention the tax and labor, they were only going to remove the cost of the part. I also was the one to bring up the oil spills and how it was not my fault the oil spilled and it shouldn’t be my responsibility to clean it up. Well, today was the day they were supposed to be here at «10 a.m.» to do the clean up and as i’m sure to no ones surprise I had to call them at 10:15 only to be told that it was going to be 11. I’m hesitant to conclude this review because I get the felling after a couple more calls i’m just going to end up doing it my self. I had to vent this frustration somewhere!

Used to spend summers on Vashon. Always found that this store to be conveniently located with very knowledgeable and friendly employees. Nice to have a salesperson offer assistance that can actually deliver on their offer
