Amazing work! My finance had Rand custom design an engagement ring from a photo he kept of a ring I liked over 3 years ago!
It all started from Rand drawing out a Sketch on paper then My fiancé got to pick out the diamonds he wanted to go in the ring.
The band was custom– double banded, and the setting was lowered because he knew I like it lower.
It was BEAUTIFUL! Better than the photo of the original ring I liked– I was speechless when I saw it, it was stunning!
If you want to impress your girlfriend or wife Rand Jeweler place is the spot to go!
The prices are competitive and surprisingly lower than most stores for the quality– I would go to Rands over a large jeweler company any day. Thanks Rand and Don for all you do!

Rand was able to reproduce unique wedding bands I had found over-​seas. I was concerned about the timing, which the other jeweler was not able to meet. Rand and Don not only had it ready early, but took the time to suggest the best metal suited to our lifestyles, increased the size of the stones which made the rings look even better and on top of it all came in at a significantly lower price. Not only will Rand be the only jeweler I use going forward but I will suggest him to all my friends and family.

I will never use another jeweler again to do my jewelry care. They are the absolute best. I brought my grandma’s ring to them asking them to reset my wedding diamond into it. I felt immediate relief when I saw how much they cared. When I got it back I could not believe how stunning it was. The work was flawless. Their prices are low than most. They put a lot of care into their work and it shows. Then recently, I brought a ring to them that was missing the center stone. They replaced it and it looks better than the day I originally got it! I am a very happy customer.

I always knew what I wanted my engagement ring and wedding bands to look like. It wasn’t until after my husband and I had purchased my engagement ring that I realized I couldn’t have two simple bands of diamonds on the sides because of the way the diamond was set. We purchased a wedding band from a low quality jeweler and I was never truly happy with the way it looked. I disliked the basket of my engagement ring, the diamond sat low, and the wedding band really took away from the high quality center diamond.
My sister and mom introduced me to Rand and I was instantly impressed with the beautiful jewelry in his shop. After a couple of visits, it was pretty clear what I was unhappy with. In 2012 I was looking to get some rings re-​sized, and a friend recommended Rand Jewelers in downtown Vancouver. I was so impressed with the work and customer service, that when my fiancé and I talked about our engagement/​wedding rings a couple of years later, Rand instantly came to mind. They were also ideal because they do custom-​designing of rings — they don’t have a large inventory to sell, and that was perfect since I hadn’t seen any that I liked after some extensive shopping and on-​line surfing. Everything about our experience with Rand was perfect — PERFECT. It feels so good to write a glowing review for people and a business that truly deserve it! Now we both have rings that will be treasured forever, plus a purely positive experience in every way.

For the past year, I haven’t been able to wear my wedding set because it no longer fit. We’ve been discussing replacing it with a new set until my husband suggested I take it to Rand and have it sized so I can wear it temporarily until we replace it. I was told that the prongs were wearing thin and needed much attention in order to keep the diamonds secure.
When my husband brought the ring home and unwrapped it, I just couldn’t believe my eyes! Was this the ring I took in? They did a wonderful job repairing the prongs and sizing it. They did a fantastic job cleaning and polishing it as well… the set literally sparkles. I couldn’t wait to wear it. It more than exceeded my expectations. Thank you Rand!
