I recently purchased jewelry (earrings) at Runyan’s as a Christmas gift. Jeanne Bumcrot provided excellent customer service. She was very patient and put me at ease in making my choice. To me, everyone at Runyan’s is first class. I had to return after Christmas because of a sizing problem with the earrings. Again, Jeanne was patient, understanding, and graceful. She said the sizing problem could easily be taken care of by Runyan’s goldsmith. Well, as we browsed some more that day, my wife and I found an even more delightful pair of earrings for which the originals were exchanged. The whole experience was excellent. Plus, it’s good to support local businesses.

I took a ring that had belonged to my wife’s grandmother, one that she had saved for years and years, to be set with a new stone at Runyan’s, and they couldn’t have done a better job; the stone selected was the perfect size, and beautiful. They restored the ring to ‘as new’ condition and made it into a truly remarkable heirloom for my wife.

I highly recommend Runyan Jewelers, and specifically their sales associate Lila Hansen, to any guy looking for an engagement and/​or wedding ring. I actually found out about Runyans by searching for a jeweler on Unilocal and randomly gave them a try.
Like I imagine most other guys in my position, the thought of shopping for an engagement ring is not exactly something I felt overly comfortable doing. However, Lila provided the perfect amount of service: asked the right questions, showed me options that matched what I thought I was looking for, and wasn’t the least bit pushy or intimidating. They reset a ring my mom gave and it came out perfect.
Given my first experience, I brought my fiancé back to Runyans and she found a wedding band she absolutely loved and I also selected my wedding band.
Although I don’t plan on purchasing any more jewelry in the near future, I would go back to Runyans in a heartbeat. If you give them a try, ask for Lila — she’s seriously awesome!

Phenomenal family jewelers. My husband took my antique wedding set there to have a sapphire put in as the main stone. The jeweler there broke up a matched set of earrings just to put the stone in my ring. I then took the wedding band there to be repaired and resized, they did it quickly and for a really reasonable price. They also created a ring for my mother specifically for some family diamonds which turned out beautifully. If you have antique jewelry, this is the place to go. Or, even if you’re looking for something new!

Came in to have a few pieces of jewelry appraised and the Owner himself assisted us (verbal appraisals are complimentary). Very kind and courteous along with his staff. Will definitely give our business to Runyan Jewelers and recommend others to do so too. :)

Last weekend I went in to have my engagement ring reset and buy a new wedding band. My husband lost his wedding ring so we are (read «I am») using this opportunity to update both our rings. I wanted to shop locally and have my diamond reset onsite so I found Eric Runyan Jewelers on the internet. This store has many beautiful things! In fact, I thought when I walked in «My 22 year old ring (bought when we were still college students) doesn’t belong here!» But Leslie Runyan was absolutely lovely. I knew that I wanted palladium in a trellis setting for a three stone ring and though there wasn’t a ring like that in the store, she found one in a catalogue just like I wanted. My experience has been wonderful so far, I can’t wait to get my new ring, have my diamonds reset, and then choose a wedding band to match – all with the advice of Runyan Jewelers!

Good atmosphere. (face it, you’re probably going here to buy a stupid chunk of coal that has been heated and squeezed. It’s atmosphere you are buying) They are quick, courteous, and professional.
Went in to get a watch pin replaced. They charged me $ 2 for each one, and gave me logical reasons to replace both of them. They explained the operation of the watch band and exhibited strong technical competence.
Overall I’m impressed. Cant really feel like I used their services enough to rate 5 stars, so I am giving them a 4.
I will go back if I need to buy jewelry.
