Paulson’s Floor Covering

Fantastic experience with this business. We had been thinking of changing the flooring in part of the house and Ron, account manager, was the ultimate example of customer service. He kept the dynamic of my house in mind when coming over to give us a quote on what we wanted. I have a two-​year old and he ended up recommending we go with carpeting for the part of the house we were remodeling (instead of wood flooring like we originally thought) after he heard of long-​term plans. Amazing, given the fact most businesses will look for the way to make the most money on the sale first.
After his visit to the house, we went over to the store to look at carpets and he went out of his way and offered we bring my daughter’s tricycle with us because 1) he noticed it at the house and talked with her about how much she liked it, and 2) because it would be a nice way for her to pass the time while the adults shopped and talked. Things like this showed so much customer care. While at the store, he was very attentive and also provided all the time we needed to talk about what we wanted without «someone from the business being right there.» The carpet choice we picked we ended up changing our mind about and they were very nice and cooperative with us changing it and going back and choosing something else (we did change our mind the day after we bought it; so it was not that much later).
Lastly, the guys who came to install the carpet were amazing as well. They were very professional, respectful, friendly, and quick. They left everything clean after they were done and asked for input and explained what they were doing.
All in all, I would highly recommend Paulson’s Floor covering for any of your flooring needs. They have excellent choices and I will definitely be back when I am ready to remodel the other parts of my house :)

We had multiple bids on a flooring project for our kitchen and family room and decided to go with Paulson’s Flooring in Vancouver. This was part of a larger kitchen remodel involving multiple contractors.
I’m pleased to say that they excelled throughout the process.
Paulson’s provided good communication, stayed in touch with me, was ready at the point at which we needed floors removed, and then later in the project to have the new floor installed.
The measure service was fast and accurate and the installer was very skilled and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them both. I was very confident in their skill level, and it was clear they desired to have a top notch install as the outcome. They showed pride in their work. On the day of the floor install we also had a representative from the Paulson’s arrive just to make sure all material was okay.
We had one issue with the baseboards, but they got that resolved without issue.
The outcome was great, we are very pleased with the customer service, the product and the outcome of the install.
Of all of the contractors and sales people we had in our house during our remodel Paulson’s Flooring out shined them all.
I would highly recommend Paulson’s Flooring for any flooring need.

VANCOUVER, WA — 100% satisfied with the job they did on our new home in Ridgefield. I was surprised to read the other review as this location just opened up. He must have had his work done by another Paulson’s.
This was a big job. No overages. On time. As promised. The best price! We also shopped Macadam’s and Trinity. Laminate throughout most of the house. Carpet in the bedrooms. Tile in bathrooms, and laundry room. Walk in master shower is unbelievable. Kitchen backsplash design is to die for. Flawless work with attention to detail. I wish I could attach pictures.
AKYLA has a degree in design (sorry I don’t know the exact degree) and a great eye for color and fashion. With only a few questions she can dial in on your particular style. She also showed up at the site daily to inspect the work that was going on. And, she went above and beyond to help us with other color choices throughout the house. We could not have done it without her. Well… we could have, but it wouldn’t be near as beautiful. The work looks like it came straight out of a Sunset magazine. Contractors have commented.
