This place sucks. Had a food poisoning don’t eat here. Working out of tow. Came here for a quick lunch and put me down for two days and a week of suffering.

By far the worse panda express ever. Stop by because i was in the area. The manager N. was so rude and was uninviting. Never coming here again and wouldn’t recmd this to anyone! Should have gone to the Thai place across the way.

It’s time to fire this location. I’ve only been 3 or 4 times in the last year but each time has been disappointing. Today’s grievance is lukewarm food. And the parking over at Grand Central blows. It’s the only place in Vancouver where I feel like I have to stalk for a spot, especially at lunch time. Totally not worth the hassle for the crappy food. Look, I know I have no business eating such junk anyway. Message received.

We went tonight, with the usual low expectations for quick, cheap dinner and were still disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, we like Panda for what it is, we don’t expect authentic gourmet Chinese food. The service(ordering food, paying, etc.) was actually good. We ordered two fountain drinks and the cashier told us he would have to get the ice from the freezer because the ice machine was broken, which was fine. We got our cups of ice and filled our sodas(a root beer and a Dr. pepper) only to find both flat. I brought it to the guys attention, and he said, «Yeah, because the ice machine is broken.» I thought maybe he misunderstood me, and I just let it go. A short while later, a young lady came by and asked us how everything was and if she could get us anything else. I told her too, and she was like yeah, the soda machine is broken. So, I asked her why we were charge 2×1.79 for sodas when they knew the machine was broken! Just the millennial stare. No refund offered. No alternative drink(even water!). If they just sold Izzy drinks like every other Panda we’ve been to, we could have avoided the whole soda fountain fiasco. Service was mixed, like they went through the motions, but didn’t care to actually resolve anything. So much(better) crappy Chinese food much closer to home, I think I’ll stick with that from now on or find a different Panda location that is properly managed and doesn’t have such a sketchy inspection history.

For a Panda Express, this is a pretty decent one. The service has always been very friendly, and if the food isn’t as fresh as you had hoped, they will make you some new stuff. Why people don’t ask to have them make new items is beyond me. It is fast food Chinese. We know what we are getting into when we walk in the door. Don’t make it out to be fancy Chinese, cause we all know it isn’t.

Dry chicken. Hard noodles. Nothing fully stocked. Disappointed. I would not recommend eating here. Other good choices in this area.

By far, the worst Panda Express I have ever been it. I didn’t expect much and got much worse than expected. Orange Chicken was overcooked and dry; Hardly any sauce. This location should just close and get over it.

It’s a chain and as a previous Unilocaler explained, why review it? Give me a minute of your time and I will tell you why I reviewed it. This Panda Express is in a shared business park and I often travel to this area to grab groceries. On several occasions I have picked up dinner from Panda Express on my way home. Every single time I have been to this Panda Express, I have been disappointed. Starting with the staff, no matter who helps you, they are always condescending and they seem to hate their jobs. Secondly, no matter what dish I want, they are always out. And what I do pick has been under heat lamps for so long it’s almost dust from being dried out so long. This location is clearly struggling. They’ve gone so far as to have a «Panda Appreciation Day» and give out free food. And I would like to thank them for that, it turned the parking lot into a zoo and made getting groceries a hellish nightmare. But I digress, even after that, the service and what little food they had was just horrid. Avoid this location, try another place or drive farther to another Panda Express if you are really craving it. I really don’t see this place in business much longer.

Panda Express, what’s there to say. Been to one, been to all; just like most every other fast food chain. So, why even Unilocal it? Well, this is one location you should skip if you’re looking for variety and speed. It is located in a business park anchored by a Fred Meyer. There are several other places to eat in the same park that are not fast food and worth a try. This park is on the outskirts of an industrial area bordered by the highway. Given all of this, they do not have the traffic to justify keeping all of their menu items ready. Since this was closer to my house than heading north to 78th or Salmon Square, I gave them several opportunities. The food they do have available has often been sitting there. Like I said, it is Panda Express. It is what it is. If you’re attempting to satisfy yours or some else’s craving brought on by the moon and stars or pregnancy, swing by. If you don’t mind the extra minutes of driving, then head up to 76th or Salmon Square.
