This place is the place to go for ANYTHING saltwater! Jeff was a big help finding exactly what I needed for my fish and finding the coolest fish you can’t find anywhere else. If there were more stars to rate this place higher, I’d give it 10 out of 10!

We shop here quite often for corals, fish, snails, and shrimp. This store has the best selection by far of saltwater corals than I have ever seen in Clark County and the Portland areas.

This, in my opinion, is by far the best aquarium shop and the Portland/​Vancouver area. It was recommended to me by my maintenance guy who saw I had a saltwater aquarium that could use some upgrades. He raved on and on about it, so I give it a shot.
The place looks very small, but the selection is excellent! I came in not quite knowing what I was looking for — just a variety of different invertebrates and fish to meet certain needs. The staff there was so incredibly helpful! They walked me through all of the different fish, answered all of my stupid questions, and never once I pressured me into feeling like I had to buy something. To top it all off their prices were incredible — and the fish and invertebrates were so high-​quality! Way way way better than anything you’d find at big chain places like Petco.
A couple days later my starfish died (it turns out I had no idea how to properly drip acclimate a starfish) but when I came back in for a new one they gave it to me free and said the next time I had any questions I could just give them a call.
Bottom line; the store is awesome, the selection is fantastic, the quality is very high, and the staff and customer service is superb.

This guy is not going to be in business much longer if he keeps showing up late and not opening up and the advertised time. I waited here for half an hour after he was supposed to open up

Superb selection of LPS and SPS corals. Beautiful display tank. Excellent prices and great deals. Purchase lots and the owner will make it worth your while.
Recently purchased an Aqua Illumination SOL Super Blue led lighting fixture. This thing is amazing and at a great deal too with the AI controller.

Another great resource for live corals in the Portland/​Metro area. They have probably 20 tanks with LPS and SPS frags for sale, one of which is 4 for 80, which is a pretty good deal. They have three large vats with more corals, which is always fun to look through. The guys there are always willing to talk about the hobby and give advice, one of the owners seems like a jerk, but I figured out he just has a really dry sense of humor, keep it mind ;) It seems like they try to get some unusual stuff in, they always have a broad selection of corals, ranging from budget corals to high $$$ stuff. They also usually have some interesting inverts there too, but they don’t really focus too much on that end. When I was in last they had some nice fish, not a whole lot of them, but they were all healthy. Check these guys out, they know what they are talking about, and are passionate about the hobby, they deserve a shot at your business.
