What a bummer. The first time I got my nails done they were awesome. But never again after that. Uneven color a few times, uneven shaping, uneven nail length, general not-​that-​great-​ness. I got a pedi that was only «okay-​ish». It’s a shame, because they seem nice. I won’t come back.

I’m really disappointed by my experience at Nail Studio. I received a full set of acrylic nails with pink acrylic glitter tips ($ 35). The nail tech didn’t glue the plastic nail tips flush with my nails (so there’s a gap, and they aren’t going to last long), the width of the plastic tips was too small for my nails, the acrylic isn’t smooth, and they’re already lifting after only four days (the first one started lifting the morning after). I would not go back again.

I’ve tried most of the salons in this particular area since I live here, and I like this place because of the service and technicians, but they have so few colors to choose from. Not sure how one of the reviewers thought they had a lot to choose from. They have one tiny carousel of regular nail polishes and about 30 – 40 shellac colors — which sounds like a lot but it’s not compared to other places. The regular nail polish choices are mostly fall colors — not many bright and cheery ones. They’re right next to a Fred Meyer so you’d think they could keep a pretty good selection going.
I do like the services and the technicians, so I will come again. My tip for anyone coming to this place is to bring your own (regular) nail polish color and know that their shellac selection is limited.

Beware! Child mani/​pedi is now $ 25, the same as an adult… even tho it takes half the time. It used to be $ 12. They still have the cute kids pedicure chair, but the price has more that doubled! A rip-​off!

I had heard about this nail shop from a lady at my dentist and right away it caught my attention because of the cheap price! I have been wanting to get shilac nails (I think they’re called) for a while now because my natural nails are super flimsy so I can never grow them out without them breaking. The lady was nice but awkward at the same time. I do have to add in I love how she took the time to file, cut my cuticles and clean under my nails without me having to ask. overall she did an amazing job. & they have really cute colors to chose from. I only paid $ 25 dollars total!

Im here right now with my friend we were both getting our nails and eyebrows done and when david one of the workers here told me to pick out a color i was looking and he walked outside to go smoke a cigarette. When he came back in i was waiting in the chair for him to do my nails and he went and sat on one of the messaging chairs that you get a pedicure in. He stayed there for a while, while i was still sitting in the chair waiting. A lady came in and asked for a pedicure he went and did her pedicure and i was still waiting in the chair 2 more ladies came in and he did both of their pedicures as well. I still have not gotten my nails done. And when i asked david if he was still doing my nails he said «no» walked away and sat in the pedicure chair again. Overall they are very rude here not a good experience and i will not come back here again. First off I will say that this is under new ownership. I have been here twice. The first time I was greeted very warmly by the new owner and the employees. I had an appointment for a shellac polish. As I was having my polish done, the new owner came up to me and asked if everything was good and offered me a bottle of water. He told me he was the new owner and wanted to make sure I was having a good experience. I’ll admit, that did impress me. Kim did my nails and did a great job. I wanted to wait until I had to get another polish before writing this review.
Fast forward to today… I treated myself to a pedicure (given by Pam) and it WAS AMAZING!!! The price for the middle value pedi is $ 28 (basic is $ 25). Um… one of the BEST massages I’ve ever gotten! I hesitate to let you know about this because I don’t want it to get too busy, but, of course I want this shop to thrive. Go. See. Pam. Now.
THEN Kim removed and reapplied my shellac polish. The thing I LOVE LOVE LOVE is that my first polish did not peel off! I have had shellac polish before at other salons and it has peeled off my nails. Kim is very sweet and does a great job.
Go visit this place! You won’t regret it.
