Located in the Vancouver Mall across from Old Navy this is a great place to get a quality hair cut at a great price. The service from Nga was fantastic. She was personable and welcoming and more important she knew current hair style trends and provided a great haircut. This was my first time having her cut my hair but my mom has seen her for years and always had great experiences. Image Beauty Salon is a hidden gem in the Vancouver Mall.

Took my 5 yr old nephew in to get a haircut– dude who did it was pissed because he wanted to watch the football game rather than tend to his customer– asked him to keep it long on top and he chopped of all his hair. Found out that he nicked the back of his neck. He was rude, did a horrible cut and then got mad wen we told it was to short. It literally took him 5 minutes to give him a horrible haircut– then went back to watching the game. I will never go there again.

New in town and had a bad perm before moving here. Came in here and I got a great haircut by NA. I finally feel like I don’t have to hide! Very professional, nice, courteous staff, amazing product selection. I think she’s going to be my new gal! Thank you NA!

I’ve always been hesitant to try a new salon, but after reading other reviews and calling ahead for availability and pricing, I was very pleased with my results. My stylist sat me down with no wait at all, understood what I wanted, and gave me the exact look I was hoping for. She was professional, efficient and courteous. I’ll be happy to come back soon!

My life has been defined by a few bad hair cuts and many many good ones, this is the worst. Worse than the 80’s side spike. Worse than when I had the tips bleached in the 90’s. Worse that when my mom put a bowl over my head and chopped away. Worst.
When in today for a trim. I wear a longer combover style and I needed a trim before heading to a Memorial Day BBQ so I stopped in. Store was not busy and I sat with Nam and his brother right away. They trimmed, i put my hat on and I went home to shower and get ready.
When I went to style my hair I noticed that the back area near my cowlick I had many short hairs sticking straight up through my combover!!! To add insult to injury when I went back in to let them know they told me no refund, my hair was BREAKING. Now I have had the same barber for 10 years and he never let me know about this. I am know going to have to let it grow for 6 months, we’ll see if it breaks again.
Stay away!!!

I always just walk in and take whoever is available, that’s how good this place is. I have been to probably every barber and each of them have done a great job. I always leave feeling that they listen well. And have a good eye for the popular style.

Today was my first time getting my haircut at this salon, I called ahead to get pricing and availability and the man on the phone was very informative. They had time to take my walk-​in haircut and was helped within 5 minutes. The woman who cut my hair (I can’t remember her name) was very nice, talked with me, and made me feel comfortable. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she was able to duplicate it! What I wanted was not an easy task because it was a drastic change! She did a wonderful job. I will most definitely go there again! $ 30 for a shampoo, cut and style! You cannot beat that!

I have been coming to Image Salon for over 16 years. They are the best! Both my kids had their first hair cuts here and they both continue to do so. I am always getting compliments on my hair thanks to Nam and his wonderful stylists. I highly recommend this salon! !!

I’ve been here twice, once for highlights and again for a haircut, and they’ve both been great experiences. I always seem to leave a salon feeling a bit upset over the outcome, but not here. These ladies took their time to make sure it looked good, which I greatly appreciate.

I came here after I got my hair ruined at master cuts. And as I sat down everyone asked where I got my hair cut that’s how horrible it was! Kim fixed my hair exactly what I wanted! She even would recommend what looks good. I would recommend then to anyone.

I have been coming to this place for haircuts for the past 15 years. Honest to say, I cant complain. Have received excellent service. Great affordable prices. I personal favorite is Nam. I would highly Recommend.
