Just want to say thank you to the team members of tire factory does not matter who I send there to have anything taken care of I always can count on that they’re going to do the right thing and take care of anybody I send there. This includesmy mom who is in her senior years and it’s just nice to know that if I send her up there they take great care of her she drives clear from the other side of town just to go see Lance and Julie.

Always treated with respect and taken care of in a professional manner. Accurate with our quotes on time and money. It is refreshing to deal with a crew like this one. The competition around the corner could learn a thing or two about serving the customers.

I was very pleased with the service I received here. Added bonus was no pressure to buy and extras.

These guys are amazing! I bought my tires from a Tire Factory location in Montana and then moved here. They have always been more than happy to do my rotations for free and repaired a flat for free today. I also returned to the shop after my flat repair and rotation because I was informed I had no brake lights. They took a look at a couple things then called their mechanic. He wasn’t in today. They asked me to come back tomorrow when the mechanic would be in and said he would look at everything and test bulbs and fuses. I trust them and have always had impeccable service. They are friendly, polite, personable and fast! I very rarely have to open my wallet when I’m there and feel like I should bake them cookies for all the fabulous free service I have received!!! Another bonus is that they never make me feel like a dumb female. Have had that happen before and I am no mechanic yet I am no moron when it comes to cars either. I will only use Tire Factory locations for my tire needs!

I am soooooooooo impressed with Tire Factory’s customer service, and that is a rare quality these days. I originally bought my tires from another Tire Factory store. I jumped in the car to go to work and discovered a completely flat tire. So I went to the nearest service place who «plugged» the tire and removed a razor blade (industrial type) & charged almost $ 20. It went flat again shortly after so I returned to them. They added a second plug and told me if it leaked again the tire would have to be replaced. A week later I discovered it leaking again so I went to the Tire Factory store in Hazel Dell. They immediately called the store where I bought it and found it was still under warranty then replaced it FREE! I was amazed and very happy I didn’t have to shell out a couple hundred bucks as I had expected. Thank You Lance Herzog, Manager and your team who had this handled within a few minutes!

Nothing but excellent things to say about this place. I do not understand why anyone would go down the street to les schwab and wait for hours for service. These guys get it done and they get it done quick. We will not be taking our business anywhere else.

This review is overdue as I have now purchased 3 sets of tires here and been back many times for flat repairs and pressure checks. Hazel Dell Tire Factory offers a wide selection and very competitive pricing. But where they really stand out is the service after the sale which is very important to me as I want my teenage daughter’s cars to be as safe as possible and tire condition is crucial. Other places also offer free rotation and pressure checks, but in my experience you have to wait an hour and endure an endless sales pitch for additional services. At Hazel Dell Tire Factory I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and any problems are taken care of the 1^st time. Additional services have been recommended from time to time, but I have never felt pressured to buy them although I usually do because you can feel confident that you really need the service /​product and not being sold unnecessarily just so they can make a sale of something. I am also committed to supporting local family owned businesses and even though Tire Factory has over 200 locations they are all franchised and so this is a local family owned business. And in addition to being locally owned, the owners actually work there every day and you can really see the pride they take in their business and the efforts they expend in making their customers happy.

Long story short, I plan on being a lifelong customer of Hazel Dell Tire Factory. I got a new tire put on yesterday, but I woke up to it being flat this morning. When I got back to the shop, Rick went above an beyond to take great care of me. I walked away a very happy customer and will make sure to tell everyone I can to go to Hazel Dell Tire Factory.

The used spare tire on my Jeep had never been used and one day literally exploded while on the rear tire mount. I decided to try the Tire Factory out based on all the other great ratings, and I’m not sorry at all. Great service, reasonable prices. I noticed two weeks later that my replacement used spare was flat and took it back to them. They tried to find the leak and when they couldn’t find it, they automatically replaced it without asking me, and with a better used spare than I had originally purchased, at no charge at all.

Was looking for a new set of tires and they were able to get me in and out in 15 minutes with a better deal than any other local place. On top of that, they were actually helpful and friendly, unlike Les Schwab. Awesome place, they get my business from now on.

My son’s tires have been losing air and so we went in to have them checked today. We were greeted right away and I told them what we thought might be happening. All four tires were checked, and it was determined that corrosion was keeping them from having a proper seal. They ground off the corrosion, and applied some sealant. I appreciated having everything explained, no up-​selling on anything, AND given a discount. This will definitely be the place for me to go if we have any other tire issues.

If I lived in the Portland/​Vancouver area I would go there for all my tires. Called yesterday for a quote on some tires, went in today and they jumped into action when i arrived, did the work in a very few minutes, and charged 22 dollars less than they had quoted me. Nice folks, spotless facility, quality work. Top marks in every regard.

The guy knew I needed a flat fix before I even walked in the door (the donut is obvious I guess, haha). Not only did they do it for free but it was really fast. I am glad to know that good, honest businesses still exist. I highly recommend this place!

I was referred to them by a local mechanic because I wanted to find a tire store closer to home that wasn’t so corporate. In the past, I’ve always been treated differently than my husband because I’m a woman. I’ve had such issues with men from Big O, Les Schwab or America’s Best looking me in the eye and talking business. I was tired of their customer no-​service.
From the very first moment I walked in, I was treated with respect, assurance, and they didn’t gouge me over the price of my tires. The head guy even worked on my car and made sure the lug nuts were tightened properly and put away in my car and not left to rattle around on the floor or in the trunk.
This shop is a «mom and pop» place, owned privately by the couple who works there. This is their bread and butter and they do a fabulous job with quality service, customer care, and speed. While the lobby does smell a bit like tires, there is an actual sofa and easy chairs, not to mention tea AND coffee.
No more will I be made to feel like a second class citizen when I go to the tire store. These folks should be called «Vancouver’s Best» because they are! :)
