WOW… Im so disappointed! We bought a washer and dryer from here and at the start we were pretty happy. They give you a 90 day warranty… that’s cool but the problem is I can guarantee one or the other or both will break down. The washer broke down and we had them come look at it. Willlie came out and proceeded to tell me it was my fault because i don’t know how to do laundry! What the heck? He reluctantly took it and half heartedly repaired it. I tried telling him when he brought it back that it wasnt fixed all the way. I ran a load and showed him that it doesn’t spin out all the way. I pretty much got a bad attitude and he told me it was normal. Hunh? So now… less then a month later here we are… out of warranty(of course) and a broken down washer. I have called 5 times and I get no return call… They actually picked up the phone and hung up on me! Please do not buy from them… they are a rip off. Oh on top of that… they moved out of the building they were in and are no where to be found! hmmmmm Just go somewhere else. Your better off buying from Craig’s List

My wife and I bought a refrigerator last month.(it was new, but greatly reduced in price — a scratch and dent deal). They were very easy to work with. Willie has a lot of experience on refrigeration, and did a good job explaining the thorough testing he did to confirm it was working properly. Shane was very professional, and was helpful in rescheduling my delivery in Battle Ground.

This place is great as long as you don’t have to deal with«willie,» self-proclaimed owner, who is a total ass, hangs up on clients, and is completely unfamiliar with anything resembling professionalism. Anyone else there is easy to deal with, goes out of their way to provide good service, and treats customers like they appreciate them. The prices are reasonable, and, as long as Willie isn’t your sales rep or repair person, the service is good. After simply explaining that he should have called to let me know the problem and the costs of the repair before taking it upon himself to do the repair and then call me for payment, he hung up on me. He gave me no opportunity to get a second opinion or purchase a new machine instead, just did the repair. Not only did he hang up on me, he proceeded to the home to «undo» his repair.(No credible business owner behaves this way since the labor costs were more than the actual part!) He also insisted I needed to make payment before he left the home, but when I contacted his office, they weren’t even able to take payments due to the fact that the bookkeeper was not in that day. The office also reported that he hung up on them. Nice guy to work for if he really is the owner. After dealing with him, Pay more and go somewhere else is my advice. Which is what I will do the next time I need a washer/dryer set, as I don’t imagine they will be in business long enough to back up their products anyway.
