Have been a client for 2 years. Today, Friday, I called regarding a mouse. The girl that answered the phone showed no empathy and scheduled an appointment on Monday. I called back to speak to a tech, to get some education of what to do in the meantime, but was told that tech’s do not speak to customers over the phone. These girls were of no help, were rude and lack any real customer service skills. After two years, I decided enough. I prefer a more personal and customer service friendly relationship with any company that I do business with.
