At first glance, this place was awesome. Granted, it was awesome because they were the only place we could find that had any sort of selection of Nintendo 64 games, between both Portland, and Vancouver. So we went and bought a couple from him. When we got home, we discovered one of the game cartridges was loose, and kept trying to fall apart(like the screws werent in right or something). The next day we went back, and he took the cartridge back, told us to come back the next he, he’d fix it. When we went back to pick up the game, the guy claimed that he wouldn’t have sold it to us like that… Ok, bro, so why’d you say you could fix it in the first place? Whatever. Either way, we won’t be returning. It’s called customer service, and common courtesy. Not to mention, his games(ones we also saw at other stores) were more expensive than anywhere else too.

I went in there for nes games. They have a huge selection which is why they get one star. The games were unbelievably overpriced. I didn’t get any help whatsoever. They don’t seem to know the value of the games or even what they have them priced at. Someone was asking him how much tyson’s p.o. was worth and he told them $ 45 while I was staring at it in there case for $ 35. I saw some $ 8 dollar games priced at 30 to 40 bucks. Unless you need a specific game and are willing to pay ridiculous prices stay away.

Stopped by here the other day and was surprised by how big their movie selection is, along with their video game selection. Good prices overall very good experience.

Nice guys where super helpful and friendly when I came in. Resurfaced two disks for about $ 5 with tax. Both disks worked when I brought them back home! No complaints!
