All Towing & Recovery /​Fort Vancouver Towing is awful. Affordable for a reason, with possibly for worst customer service i have ever experienced. This company said they couldn’t make it for 2−3hours. I booked anyways. I paid the full tow cost in advance just to make things easy. after 3 hours they called and said the truck they went wouldn’t work and were sending a different one, it would be there in 3 more hours. I agreed.
This morning i wake up, to car, no missed calls — nothing… WOW!
FYI I CALLED EXPECTING A EXPLANATION AND REFUND — they will get back to me MONDAY. I will update this post after about that experience.
