My car needed a tow to the shop so I called AAA for roadside assistance. Initially I was told the wait was going to be about an hour, but the driver showed up within 20 minutes. It was rush hour on a rainy Monday, but the driver was really friendly and professional. He got me and the car to the shop, made sure everything was safely locked up and that I was in my loaner car before leaving the parking lot.
