Forever 21

This forever 21 seems to be the most organized (sometimes) ive been too. You still have to search, but the different styles (street, dress up, girly etc) are easy to identify and sometimes easy to look for what you want. Only 3 stars because the service… Ehhhhh. I understand working in the mall isn’t the most glamorous (i’ve worked there before) and customers can get irritating, but come on, its not hard to be polite! These girls seem to avoid you when you want to ask for help or they seem annoyed.
The only employee who’s ever been extremely nice and helpful every single time i’ve come here is JESSICA! She’s a total sweetheart and never seems to have a bad day; although she does because shes human, she doesn’t show it and bring it around customers. Thats the kind of girl who needs to manage and run that store!

I love Forever 21.
I hate how squashed and unorganized this location is, but I always seem to find something I can’t go home without. The accessories section is awesome, and they are constantly bringing new pieces in… which I am buying and almost never wearing.
The staff is all pretty young so sometimes even my 23 year old self feels like I’m encroaching on the juniors section I shouldn’t be in anymore, but they are all polite and friendly.
If only they would clean out the store and make it easier to search the racks, they might be closer to that 5^th star.
