I’m a chipotle fan, addicted to it I would say. However this location is the worst. I will pass on chipotle with the family if I know we are going to this location. 1) this place is always dirty the dining area and the prep areas are gross! 2) they don’t listen to your order and when asking for something it seriously seems I’ve asked them to do the unthinkable. 3) when you enter a food establishment the last thing anyone wants to see is people sitting on the prep tables and employees playing with each other’s hair. This is your job take a little pride in it hang out after hours and play with each other then. Unfortunately this isn’t the only location I’ve seen these kinds of things happen in. At this point I feel more comfortable preparing my burritos at home and saving some peace of mind and a little cash too. Sorry Chipotle you failed.

To start off this is a very nice location and was very welcoming and had a nice atmosphere. My food was great! The experience was overall great until of course the general manager Michele navarrete decided it was a good idea to grab a chip from the bin of freshly cooked chips not once but 3 times and in between times walked around touching things in the kitchen as well as the cash register and didn’t wash her hands before grabbing another chip. She must not care to much about the controversy chipotle just went through with E. Coli. You should probably consider a different general manager cause the one you have now obviously isn’t mature enough to handle food properly, and if she is setting that kind of example who knows what else goes on! To soon Michele… To soon!

The space was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, the prices are great, and ALL the employees were friendly, helpful and professional. They were excited to find out I was new to Chipotle and gave me free guacamole! That just sealed the deal for my love for this place. Guacamole is the ticket to my heart.

I have been going to this chipotle since it opened. Let me first be clear, I love chipotle, and enjoy most items on the menu. However, this location has still yet to impress me after being open for a YEAR! Literally, every time I have gone here, there has been something wrong with my order. This ranges from cold meat, to poor service, and the most common, stale chips. I have tried to order chips on many different occasions in order to finally catch a break, but the same result continues to happen. The chips are so stale, I can’t even finish the bag without a headache. I brought this up once, and I was laughed at and treated rudely. The employees are rarely in a good mood, and seem to not care about getting food out. Most employees seem to be not working but socializing in the kitchen. Trust me, I love chipotle, and was excited when I heard that there was one being put in in hazel dell. But I have yet to have a positive experience(friendly service, fresh food, non-stale chips, quick service) not much to ask for, and all other locations I’ve been to can usually accomplish this no problem. You would think things would improve after a year.

I think it sucks that they somehow gave 40 people E. Coli and had to shut down. I also think it sucks that they lied about their food being non-GMO. Although, If you’re eating at a fast food restaurant, do you really care about the hormones and genetic modifications being pumped into your meat and veggies? Methinks not. Anyhow, I effing love their burrito bowls. I’m a fat kid at heart, and anytime I can get a morbidly obese portion, I’m happy as a cow. I love that they cook their rice with cilantro. I don’t love that they charge for guac. Just include it already. People want guac and they don’t want to pay more than the price of an avocado for a few tablespoons of the stuff. Just sayin!

Today pushed me over to write this review: I counted NINE uniformed employees in the store. But aside from the two up front(ONE handling the food line with 2 people ahead of me) and ONE on the register, the others were A) A couple Prepping food(good), B) ONE getting supplies(Cups, napkins, etc) and C) ONE adjusting her hat with her friends, TWO chatting with friends eating, and ONE talking on her cell phone. The store was dirty(crumbs on tables, trash on floor), the pepper was missing, the salt shaker was crusted with grease(?). It’s great that these 20-somethings and younger have a job, but it’d be BETTER if they actually WORKED at their job. And these are the types of people that«deserve» $ 15.00/per hour? I don’t think so…

I will never return to this location. Don’t waste your time ordering online to-go unless you like cold food that’s been sitting for 15 minutes in a fast food type heater fridge. Customers in the original line got their food before me and I walked to the front of the line for a to go order. Horrible customer service, I will make the drive out to the 164th location before I ever return here. PS don’t waste your money ordering double meat here, it’s the same amount as ordering 1 portion at a different location.

I ADORE chipotle! I order from the app on almost a weekly basis. The staff is always friendly and courteous. And they always have my food ready when I arrive. But if you order online keep in mind they will ALWAYS forget your chips. I’ve done this four times and every time they forget my chips. So just remind them when you arrive that you asked for chips. Other than that this establishment is amazing!

It’s normally pretty hard for me to pass up a Chipotle. When given the option of getting something else in the surround area, my mind tells me that I shouldn’t think twice when I can get a burrito about the size of a small child for around $ 8-$ 10 with chips. We pulled in to the lot which wasn’t hard to get to and had plenty of parking. The line wasn’t long, as it normally is, so we thought we’d scored on coming at the right time. Anyway, I don’t know if it was me or what but I felt like they were pretty skimpy on the portions. Normally I get a heaping overflowing excessively large ladleful of rice, and equally gargantuan portion of beans, several tongs squeezes of fajita veggies and all the rest of the stuff in regular portions. I barely got half a cup of rice and a meager sprinkling of beans. The employees were very nice even with an indecisive 6 yr old holding up the line. The dining area was the standard sized room with barely enough tables to seat the people who are quickly being rushed through the food making station. Overall, I’m glad I got my Chipotle fix but even my friend’s daughter was left feeling a little hungry after slamming the less than gigantic burritos we ordered.

Reading Unilocal reviews before coming, I KNEW they would run out of sofritas on sofritas day… guess what… no sofritas! My second visit was a Thursday at 5:00PM. The first thing I noticed was that the only person eating in the dining room was an off-duty employee, yet more than half of the tables were dirty. Before ordering, we asked if they had a kids menu. We were told that a kids meal included two tacos, chips, and a drink. At the cashier, we were informed that the kids meal only included one taco for $ 4. Instead, we were charged for two single tacos($ 5) and did not receive chips or a drink… Management needs to train employees on the difference between the«Single Taco» and the«Taco Kit» on the Kids Menu. After paying for my meal, I asked the cashier who was responsible for cleaning tables, customers or employees? He looked at me questioningly and then replied, «Yeah… I can get someone to do that.» Apparently this Chipotle has no policy for when tables should be cleaned. It always seems that the employees here are more interested in listening to music and hanging out, than serving paying customers(including preparing meals for off-duty employees or friends.)

This Chipotle is alright… It’s not bad or anything but I guess I just don’t get the hype! The quesadillas are pretty good, but they aren’t posted on the menu… and each time I go they charge me a different price… hmm. Anyways I’ve never had a terrible experience here except last time I was there all the employees seemed to be giving another employee a really hard time :/poor guy I still feel a little bad.

Today was my first time using the app to order my food, as well as my first time at this location. I messed up my order using the app, which resulted in the total being a lot higher than I expected. I was fully prepared to still pay the larger amount, but the cashier was super helpful and corrected my order so that it was perfect. My food was made exactly to order and was delicious. All of the employees I encountered were super friendly and incredibly nice. I was in and out super fast since I was on my lunch break. but it looked clean to me.

Very disappointed. I love chipotle at other locations, but I have tried this location, that is close to my home, and have been let down every time. The first time, I waited at the register with my burrito bowl completely made for an employee to ring me out. There was one girl making burritos, obviously new and gave me very small portions, and the rest were doing random stuff behind the counter staring at me. The second time, they were totally out of brown rice and were not making more, and they were also out of corn salsa. The people working in the back were not paying attention to the girl at the ordering line saying she needs more. This time, they had everythknf, but halfway through eating my bowl I found a piece of a vegetable sticker. After searching my bowl, I’ve found three total pieces, and I’m sure I ate a few more. Next time, I’ll drive across town to the cascade station location.

I’m afraid I need to take it down a notch. I have only been to 2 Chipotles; Hazel Dell and the one on 164th, both in the Couve. They were much the same, maybe 164th being a little more generous. My daughter brought home a bowl from the Orchards location that easily had twice the food in it than I got from Hazel Dell. Mind you, unlike my daughter I am not; a– young b– female c– a model d– standing next to her hulking boyfriend who looks like he will eat your leg if you don’t feed him enough Quibble quibble, right? I frequent chains for the simple foreknowledge of what I will eat, the quantity and price. 2 out of 3 ain’t cuttin’ it.
