As a portlander, it seems massage is a big issue — yet you can’t get just a simple relaxing massage without paying twice what it is worth. I think all Massage in Oregon requires a license or something, maybe that jacks the prices up and makes everyone Uppity about it.
I found that if I drive over to Vancouver, I can get a nice, quiet, warm massage at Asian Wellness without all the extra expense! I was very happy — it was ½ the cost and exactly what I wanted/​expected. I took one star because I like carpeted rooms, it makes the room feel warmer, but the rest of the experience was just what I wanted!
