We received our dresser and Eloquence Sophia bed yesterday and I am so pleased. I looks great and your service, per usual, was exemplary. I was a little nervous spending over $ 5000 without seeing the merchandise but these pieces have exceeded our expectations. Thank you for going out of your way and helping us put our dream bedroom together! My living room is next!

Awful customer service!
I ordered the Theodore Eloquence dog bed from The Bella Cottage. It was definitely a splurge for me as the dog bed including shipping cost overseas was very high. It all came down to around 650 $. Unfortunately my item arrived broken and I immediately contacted the store manager and included pictures of the damaged area. What is even more unfortunate is the highly unprofessional and rude attitude I received from her. I was told it’s suppose to look like that! In the end I got 50 $ for glue to fix the damage myself, plus a lot of condescending attitude.
