Today’s Furniture

Came here twice for my daughters bedroom both times they delivered same day! On one occasion I didn’t need one of the nightstand I had originally paid for (ordered), and there were kind enough to reimburse me on the spot… Love this place Awesome prices, quality and customer service!

I ABSOLUTELY love my couch. I bought a beautiful grey couch from them and it was delivered 3 days later on time!!! I just wish they were more willing to negotiate on price, but overall an enjoyable experience and quality furniture for a relatively reasonable price.

I came to buy two character dresser four months ago. When i ordered it they told me it will take a week to get there. When i went to pick up my order, they could not find my order and my dresser. It took them two hours to get it. Now my furniture is falling apart. The furniture place is cheap but not worth buying nothing here if they break down.

Very bad experience with this people!
We ordered from them a couch, mattress, coffee table and TV stand.
At the beginning they didn’t want to uncover the couch and the mattress from the plastic sheets when they came to assemble it, and the couch delivered without all the parts of it.
They said they will come back to install the missing part shortly. So short that it took them a month !
Second time they scheduled a time frame to deliver the tables, came 2 hours late, so it was to late to install the tables in the apartment.
Eventually, at 11pm at night when the tables are assembled, the drawers would not open. Damaged.
So fucking not fun experience.
It’s better to pay $ 100 more and to get what you are paying for, to get good quality of furniture and not copies of something else! i

I’m happy!!! Got my funiture today! Was promise it with come in two days and It did!!! I really like my bedroom set!!! I would definitely come back for my living room furniture!!! Thank you!!!

Best place for furniture, beats anything out there. I did my whole house up by going to this one store. Thank you for great customer service and excellent products.

Possibly the worst experience ever!
First off the customer service was extremely lacking. Maybe because I am used to a superior level of customer service as provided by Furniture Corner
but the from the moment I stepped into the store I was disappointed.
I was looking for a box spring for a bed I recently purchased from FC. The guy quoted me 79.99 for a thick full size box spring and $ 69.99 for the thin. We already had a truck rented from a pervious project so I don’t know what they would of charged for delivery.
Anyways, I wasn’t too impressed by the price since FC was offering me a thick box spring for $ 20 cheaper but since this place was down the street from my house we decided to go ahead and purchase it here.
So once we paid and my boyfriend backed the truck to the loading dock the guy went to the back to get the box spring. He was back there for a cool min then came to me and told me they done have any thicker full sized box springs!!! TF… He offered to sell me the thinner cheaper one or wait 2 or so days until they got some more! We rented the truck for the day and wld have to re rent to pick it up and they didn’t offer free shipping for their mistake so we just decided we wanted a refund. And we went to a more competent furniture store.
I wld say to ask them to check their stock before you actually pay. We are still waiting for the charges to be reversed.
