Jack in the Box

Such horrible service! So stingy and always get the orders wrong! Now im not one to complain but they’ve messed up multiple times. The manager herself working there screws up.

So I went today to have a hamburger and the girl that help me had a attitude from the beginning and when I got to the window to get my food once she gave me my drinks she was all in a hurry that when it came down for her to give me my food she didn’t even wait till o hot it that it fell and the bitch still has the nerves to say wow you drop your food like no bitch u did why would I even want to wait more in a drive thru… Idk but this Jack has bad customer service there don’t think on planning on going there ever again!!!

Jack in the box truly deserves this 4 star.
Went here without knowing what to order and they gave me the best burger and the best fries.
with the best wings, my meal went to great to excellent.
plus the great guy who came to me and explained the situation because there’s some fries that are missing so I need to wait a little more time for it.

I had an incident happen to me at this Van Nuys location it’s not even worth going back to get my money back. The last time I got the new chicken chipotle sandwich and the chicken was frozen still in the middle. That’s chicken!!! Can you say salmonella? I called corporate and all they said «well… What do you want us to do.» Shows how much you care about your customers, as much as you pride yourself in your customer satisfaction.
Also, My tacos were half cooked as well. The top was crunchy, and as I got to the middle it was cold and the fauxmeat was almost the consistency of dog food. I love your tacos… That totally turned me off from eating them ever again.
This happened when I got off work at around 11:45pm

Fantastic. I walked in and was quickly greeted by the manager who’s name I can’t remember but I know it started with the letter «C». What a sparkling personality this lady has. She asked me how my day was going and I told her it was even better after talking to her. I felt very welcome and she thanked me for my order. When I’m in the area again I will go back there simply because of her.

extremely friendly and customer service-​oriented. the woman running the drive-​thru at 3 am forgot to put in the order for my seasoned curly fries, so they were not in my bag with my VEGGIE BOWL (Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, NO chicken, extra veggies) as i drove off. shame on me for not checking, but i swung back through and she made it worth my while with a complimentary drink. NORDSTROM-​LEVEL SERVICE at a fast food joint? unheard of!

I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time and can say every employee I encounter greets me with a smile on their face. I especially remember how warm Martha always is to me and how she is always smiling. She asks about my day and remembers small details. She’s so sweet and I always make it a point to go
to this location for that reason.

The biggest compliment I can give this Jack in the Box is the drive-​thru service. Even at 2 am, they are polite and very friendly, and consistent with my order. I give them 5 stars.

Friendly employees!!! Have not eaten inside, have never had a problem with my food. I always check before leaving anyway from any drive thru though. Repeat customer.

Friendly employees. They usually mess up on something… hard to order items special order. Up-​to-​date looking inside, but outdated outside. Their roof is coming apart… TIME FOR A NEW ROOF!

A true hidden gem at Jack In The Box is the grilled cheese sandwich. It’s located on the value menu and usually goes for $ 1.29, but for some reason, Jack never promotes this amazing little sandwich! 2 slices of american cheese in between Jack’s famous sourdough bread sounds perfect, right? Well, actually I found a way to make it ever better!
Next time you’re at Jacks, order a grilled cheese and ask them to put tomatoes on it. Not only does this make the sandwich 10 times tastier, but its 100% free to add tomatoes on anything! Hell, you could even add onions as well if thats your thing.

This place is so hit and miss. They are quick and orders are right. Or they are slow and the orders are wrong. More times then not they have you pull to the side to have the orders behind you go out first. Been missing a lot of food from this place.

I’ve never actually been inside this location. I generally go through the drive thru. They can sometimes be a bit slow but are open late.
This is like many other Jack in the Box locations. There is nothing that stands out about this one either. Their staff seems to be friendly and ask the usual questions.
There are two entrances to getting in one off of Van Nuys and the other is down the street where the light is at. Parking is kinda cramped which is probably why I just go through the drive thru.
I have never had any major problem with my food. Just like all other locations the toppings for some of my sides are skimpy.
