Went here on a whim because my boyfriend is on a cooking strike and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is lacking… in fact, I wasn’t even sure the place was open even though the door was unlocked and I could see inside… but the food was amazing. I ordered a carnitas burrito and it was more moist and flavorful than the food at most Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. That’s saying lot coming from a Los Angeles native… I’ll be back even when my boyfriend decides to end his strike.

My husband was craving Carne Asada Nachos so I decided to visit the nearest Mexican food restaurant. I ordered ToGo two orders of Nachos, one Asada and the other Chicken. To my surprise when I got home the Nachos contained tortilla chips, beans, meat, lettuce, tomatoes and shredded jack cheese… HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT. The meat was of poor quality and Ive NEVER in my life had Nachos WITHOUTMEALTEDNACHOCHEESE.

Amazing Mexican food. The menu did not offer«Chilaquiles» but they cooked it for us either way. Delicious by the way. Very cheap prices as well.

The food was tasty but if you decide to cater with them realize that you will not be able to have any food after they leave. I paid for a hundred people and only 80 people showed and they left us no leftover food whatsoever! There was a lot of food left over! I went to the restaurant after the fact to let them know that they did not leave any food and complain and they told us they do not let people know this up front that if they order for example 100 people and only 10 people show, that they won’t refund any money and they will not leave any food. Be aware, be very aware! P. S. the date on the tortilla bag was expired two days before the party even happen! No bueno!

What can I say, if you charge 7 bucks for a burrito it better amazing or at least really good. Mine wasn’t. It was small dry and tasted weird. The place is dirty too. I will not return.

I used to be fond of this place but the last few times I have been here it has gotten worse. I was just there yesterday and purchased an all meat asada burrito for dinner, cost $ 7.67. The burrito’s meat was filled with nasty ass gristle and cartilage, not to mention it was drenched in oil. I had to open the burrito up and eat it with a fork to pick out the meat from the nastiness. I even found a little artery of some art among the«asada». To make things worst, my stomach has been hurting all nite and this morning I did some serious damage in the bathroom. NEVERAGAIN! Oh and the place is kind of dirty and needs a serious facelift. They only take cash, WTF its 2014! Go across the street to Tacos Corona instead and save yourself a stomachache and/or possible food poisoning. I feel sorry for you if you think the food from here is good.

A few weeks ago one of the managers bought everyone in the office some chorizo and egg burritos. The motherfuckers smelled and tasted delicious, but about an hour afterward we all caught a nasty case of the bubble guts and 10 minutes after that half the office was blowing all four bathrooms up like a fucking nuclear bomb, no joke, mushroom cloud and a disgusting fucking landfill smell hovering all over the building. Paint peeling n’ shit. I’ll never eat that shit again.

This place is one step below roach coach, wouldnt eat there again, maybe in a drunken haze. It was dirty, the salsa trays were all mixed together and greasy. I asked the casier for lime since there was none out and she handed it to me with her dirty hands, of course there were no napkins out either, the green salsa tasted like it had gone bad. For the same price go across the street to Tacos Corona

I love this place the best carne asada burritos and tacos hands down. They have the best salsa around that is authentic Mexican not that store bought stuff.

Gives new meaning to the phrase GOBIG. Massive monster carne asada burrito stuffed with meat – definitely a meal for 2. Not a lot of flavor though, which is a pity as there was tons of beef(dry, overcooked in spots). Cheese was scant even though I requested«extra.» There was a line so perhaps I’m missing something.

Wow! what a super tasty burrito… I tried the carne asada and it was packed with super tasty meat. I was surprised at the quality of meat for sure, it was top notch and very flavorful. I can’t wait to try more things on the menu… Thank you Taco Llama I tried the carnitas recently, it was great!!!

In the SFV there are no shortage of taco joints. This is your run of the mill location. The food is tasty and portions generous but doesn’t jump out to me. It’s worth a stop and gander, maybe you’ll find something that hits your spot.

Their carne asada burritos and carne asada tacos were extremely different from the«El Taco Llama» from Topanga. No hate to this place at all, but I just wished that they had the same flavors with all El Taco Llama places. I was just really upset that it didn’t taste the same cause I’m a huge fan of taco llama. This place didn’t give tortilla chips with our food either. The condiments had no lime. Also another huge different was their salsa verde tasted so different from the other taco llama’s, I personally didn’t like the taste. It really is worth that drive to go all the way to Topanga just to get my carne asada burrito.

This is one of the best taco joints I’ve been to. The meat is delicious, the red sauce is very spicy, & I am always satisfied after eating here. I usually get the burro de carne asada with sour cream. This place is bomb!
