Denny’s

Nobody at the front host stand… waited several minutes to be greeted… Then the girl who was distracted and not very friendly. Then there was confusion as to how to seat us so we left.

if I could rate lower than a 1 star I would’ve! they are terrible waiters ! especially Sophie ! she doesn’t know how to speak English and she’s taking our order!

Management needs to really hire more people because having one cook on a busy night isn’t gonna work out! It’s common sense to always have more then just one cook! Waited over 1 hour to get our food and about 25 min to get our drinks! Last time I come here! We come to eat not to wait !!

We we’re here lunch time today, our server’s name is Allan (done a great service). Not a lot of people when we arrived, no one in front to assist so we went inside and seated. I went in the corner and ask the very nice and helpful bus person for menu .
We ordered :
*Alaska salmon skillet $ 10.49 (for me)
*Crazy spicy skillet (i think its chicken) for $ 9.49
*Vegetarian burger $ 8.99
*Spicy Siracha Burger $ 9.99
*No meat nachos $ 8.79
* Milk Shakes /​coffee/​and others
Our skillet food (salmon and chicken) is not hot at all, very dry and my salmon looks horrible … sad looking food :(
The nachos came, and it was sooooo salty, I took 1 nacho and was surprised it has a lot of salt in it? (I showed it to our server, the salt visible from the nachos) … scary salty.
The siracha burger is good (3 star out of 5) The veggie burger is dry ;(morning star brand veggie burger from the grocery store is way better than here).
After our lunch, trying to pay in front, no cashier to assist and I waited for more than 10 min just to pay, I saw one server saw me waiting but did not want to make eye contact with me and did not even call someone to help me ;(.Did not have a good experience here today.

By far this is the worse Dennys in the Sf Valley
Long time wait for food and when you get it its cold,
Waitress never ask if you need something else, they just forget about you! Will never come back!

This place is ridiculous. My aunt and I came here to grab breakfast. I order a «Pastrami Swiss Melt» and my aunt a «Pot Roast». First of all, the order took 30 minutes. Never have I seen our server come by and say «I’m so sorry guys, it’s coming» or anything in that sort. Our food comes and the plating of my food was messy, and they got my aunt’s order wrong. So my aunt had to wait another 15 mins for her food… I open up my sandwich and found NO MEAT. So disappointed… And then while I was about to pay the girl in the front says «will you be leaving a tip?» What?! So I said «no sorry, we are very disappointed» I don’t think I have ever been in a restaurant where they ask if I will be leaving a tip. Oh and attached is a picture of my «pastrami Swiss melt»

Rows of empty booths, entry way full of people. Hire more people. You know what the traffic is like and at what hours of the day why have people spend a half hour waiting after you told them 15 minutes. Zero efficiency. Good try though.

We were greeted nicely (forgot servers name). The table we sat at smelled like some sort of all purpose cleaner which was nasty. The food was ok. I ordered a Philly melt with tots on the side. Would I come here next time, ah probably.

Horrible pancakes. How do you mess up on the pancakes cook? It’s 9am on Tuesday morning! You serve me pancakes with some burnt stuff on it. I scrap it off and try to eat them and uggg it’s like the pan that the pancakes were cooked in Hadn’t been washed in ages. And also got a small glass of water with my food. I guzzled that down and waited for more. Not great service either. Disappointed! I guess I’ll stick to the Burbank Denny’s or no Denny’s at all.

Ordered off of their 2−4−6−8 menu and the got my order wrong twice. The people who took my order didn’t seem to understand but didn’t ask for any clarification, just kept ordering me the wrong thing over and over. Inept employees. Won’t be back.

My sister and I walked in and waited to be seated, there was only one big group and to smaller families, plenty of space, so we figured we’d be good because we were starving. Finally, a man comes over and seats us, and walks away before we could ask for our drinks. We looked over the menu and knew what we want, took like 15 min. So we waited for someone to come over, but we couldn’t see anyone who worked there. We waited and finally someone came for our drinks, and left before we could ask to order our food. THERE WAS ONE SERVER. I want to say about 20 – 30 minutes later we asked for our checks because we knew we weren’t going to get food. EVEN THE CHECK TOOK ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND IT WAS ONE HOT CHOCOLATE. I recommend the 24 Hour Western Bagel down the street!

Not friendly, waiter told us to just sit where ever and didnt even greet us or look at us. Food took forever and the restaurant was not even busy, i always love the eggs in a basket but at this location my eggs where over cooked & the hash potatoes where greasy and i was really unsatified.

Dennys get your hosts together. At least have greet and welcome your customers into your restaurant. The manger is running around like a chicken with head cut off.

Service is a little slow even though late at night, but staff is very friendly. Food is the average Denny’s food.

I always come in, it’s pretty good, sometimes they can lag a bit but for the most part it looks really nice and clean inside and they care of you pretty well, the food is good too, not much to complain about.

Very very slow service. They didn’t even pick up the menus when we finished ordering our food.

The place wasn’t so busy most all of the tables were dirty, the the food come out pretty quick I order pancakes and eggs for my kids in between the pancakes Was hair on it the waiter took the pancakes and told Me told the manager already so my kids got disgusting by the hair on their pancakes so I ask for the bill I went to pay the manager was on the register he was charging me for my kids food and try to give me 2 dollars refund and charge me full price of the plate my kids eat maybe a bit of eggs and a bit of hash brown I just pay the for it I was tired so I walk out he I will NEVERRRRRR COMING BACK RUDE MANAGER

This Dennis has had alot of work done to it, looks great, but the service isn’t so great. I waited for an extended time to be seated while it wasn’t busy, took awhile to see all my meal completed as a whole, the waitress was nice and tried to get it right which she eventually did, but overall you can do better at another location.

It’s dennys. I like dennys. Front staff could be better. But it’s dennys. And it’s next door. And they are patient when I place my complicated order.
Fun fact. The scrambled eggs are made with a powdered egg mixture. If you want real eggs ask for «cracked eggs «.
But yeah. It’s dennys.

We come here late nights to have coffee and sometimes a meal. We always get the same servers and they cater to us hand and foot. They do a good job and we have grown to like them.
I wish that the corporation would have some healthier items on the menu. Most items are too fatty and have fries. Maybe some veggie assortments would be better than some of the items on there now.
Not a place for the lighthearted during the evening. Many people come here to panhandle and every once in a while you get a rough character coming in to eat. Other than that, they have good parking and the place is always busy.
It’s Denny’s, don’t expect too much.
