Denny’s

What a bad customer service… I went to order just a simple salad — no body was at the counter. I waited 5 minutes & ask me if it was busy ??? Not even. The had only 4 customers seating in the entire store. Someone finally came took my order & for a salad they took 20 minutes, like if they went to buy the lettuce at the store. I thought every salad comes with garlic bred … Not even !! I had to wait another 5 minutes …& just to put the cherry on top … Guess what ??? I ordered to go & they didn’t even have plastic bag… Who ever took my order, she even forgot about my salad to tell others who was this salad for … This is a neglect customer service. On top this place need a help for remodeling it’s too dirty. Do you want to know which Denny’s is my favorite? Burbank & Lankershim No Ho — for 10 years. If you visit them you will see the difference.

This location is my favorite so far, It is on my way home. The service is great, the food is as it should from the looks of a menu. The staff is friendly and food is the best I have had from a Denny’s. I will be back to the location, probably in the next few weeks. Good place with good prices.

This place is a joke ! The franchisee must not give two shits about this store ! The service is terrible, the management hahah what management ! Worst dennys I have ever been too ! The dennys Corporation should take this store from the franchisee. It is a shame that dennys allows this store to be ran with no care or respect or any type of customer service and using the dennys name !

Really friendly people, make you feel welcomed. I work for Galpin, and for lunch it’s either Taco Bell, Burger King, or Dennys. I’ll pass on the first 2. So I’ve been coming here for a bit. They recognize me when I first call, and are super friendly when I walk in. Their food is typical Dennys.

So my boyfriend and I got in an argument. I decided to leave and go have some dessert and my AMAZING medium rare steak (the fucking best) at Denny’s around 9pm. I order my dessert first of course cause that’s what guys do to you! They make you eat junk food when they piss you off! Anyway… I was waiting for my waitress to come back around so I can finally order my steak, and ALL of the waitress’s are handing me off to another waitress like I’m some fucking hot potato! LIKE SOMEONE JUST TAKE MY FUCKING ORDER I WANT MY DAM STEAK! As a waitress myself, I obviously needed to Unilocal about their service here. I applied here many times and nobody has seem to call me back. THAT’S WHY… Their customer service hasn’t improved.

This is The Best Denny’s Ever … I have gone to so many but this by far is the best not just the food but the staff is Amazing every time I go! Best Waitresses/​Waiter Ever !!

Hmm what can I say. It’s Denny’s … If I have to eat at Denny’s there is usually a reason and certain level of expectation.
This location was no different. The food offered was the same as the Denny’s down the street. There was a very minimal wait for seating for 4, and the service was fine and personable. They are open 24 Hours which makes things very convinient …

I just had the worst experience here. After being told I would wait 15 to 20 mins and actually got seated almost an hour later and after we ordered our food literally STILL waited over 40 mins and didn’t get my order. I had to CANCEL because I couldn’t wait anymore. It was ridiculous !!! NEVER AGAIN.

I don’t know what happened here. It used to be the go to Denny’s. It smelled funky as we approached the hostess station and service was lousy. We ended up going to Norms.

It’s a Denny’s. The food is no different than at any other Denny’s.
What made it stand out for me was the service: the wait staff was pleasant, helpful, prompt in filling requests. They kept me supplied with Diet Coke while I attended to a few things on my laptop after breakfast. I’m a fan.

I came here for the Fourth of July weekend with my buddy and my girlfriend. We waited for a while to be seated because they were pretty busy which is understandable for a holiday weekend. Once we got seated, we ordered our drinks and they were brought out in a timely manner which was nice. We ordered our food and waited a good half an hour to get it. Once we got our food, the pancakes were cold and rubbery, there was no ketchup left in the bottle, I got an orange juice and asked for another one and they brought me water instead. Bitch did I ask for water? Nope. This place definitely needs some work

I went to this Denny’s location (Roscoe Blvd., just past the 405fwy). This review isn’t for the food. As I have said in other posts, turnkey /​franchise food is basically all the same. So this review is for the customer service, which left a lot to be desired.
First off, the waiting is horendous. Logistically, management has to do something about the floor plan or estimated time frames, etc. Secondly, once your order, your in for another long wait. I am not sure how they process orders, but we had people who got sat after us getting their food before we did. Thirdly, I am in support of people being bilingual but at least know the menu and be able to to speak English fluently. We either had to spell out the order or show the waitress where it was on the menu.

Every time I go in with my husband, Kehm serves us. She’s the main reason why we go to this Dennys.
The place is clean and nice. Nothing to complain about.

I’m giving a 2 star, coz the food I’m about to order is delicious, however it took the waitress 25 minutes to get our order, and it’s not even busy
Now that I got my food, i get no more service… no refill on drinks when I’m really dehydrated, and I took a all you can eat pancake. And I didn’t get anymore because service never came. Only to give our receipt

What can i say our food was already at the table and our silver ware was not even placed at the table. The food was good I didnt know you had to pay for refills of I had to do that i expect a new cup and a new straw. I dont want to re drink my bacteria lol. Well i wasnt mean about i didnt say anything but i did think about it smh. Customer services was bery slow. And not the best.

Used to be my favorite place but the waiters need to be on top of their game. No restaurant should ever serve food that is not hot when you order a sizzling breakfast. «We will take it back and warm it» does not cut it. If i wanted a microwaved food I would have stayed home and had one of those freezer dinners.

Place is ok walked in we were seated immediately our drinks and meal were brought out pretty quickly. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was good however am only giving it three stars because we were seated at a table that wasn’t cleaned properly there was still food under the table GROSS and when I went into the bathroom there was a homeless lady in there trying to was wash her hair EW! I thought the restrooms were for paying costumes only.

Dennys. The only good thing about Dennys is that its ²⁴⁄₇ and cheap. But that’s it.
Food quality= trash
Service= either mediocre to trash
They have nice TV’s… which only plays the Dennys channel –_​–

Absolutely the worst Denny’s ever! I had to call the waiter to remind him he hasn’t even brought our drinks! He never refilled my coffee and never even brought sugar for me like I asked. He brought me the wrong meal, and still served my fiancé (who won’t eat without me) he left me sitting there waiting for my meal to get cooked cause the waiter wrote down the wrong meal with no coffee no sugar and with my fiancé ’ meal getting cold! What’s worse is the manager seen what was going on and walked away trying to avoid the situation instead of fixing it like a manager should. We got up and walked out! If you want good food don’t go here!!!

The only reason I’m giving this Denny’s a 5 star review is because of server Karen. She brought me lots of ketchup & Sprite at no extra charge. She asked how my day was & made my visit feel very friendly.
Whatever happened to server Ruben? He was always super fast, friendly, & always remember my basic order. Other than that the food was great, try the nachos! Don’t forget to add avocado! xoxo
