Burger King

I would love to hear the management’s rationale for charging for water. I realize California is in a massive drought, but a small cup of water isn’t going to hurt overhead costs.

I am a regular here so that must say something! Overall this BK is great. They practically know me by name here!

Well there was a few problems that I hope not to experience again.
First of all it started when I got my reciept and reviewed it. The cashier charged me extra for little things such as changing the cheddar on a chicken big king to Swiss. And adding onion. To another burger. Anything I asked that was little I was charged extra. I thought it was sales tax at first but she snuck in a dime here and a quarter here to the bill. I talked to the management and English well she acted like she didn’t speak any (come on I’m trilingual). So she goes and gives me a bit of what the girl overcharged me I was overcharged 80 cents. She have me 30 back. And has the cook destroy the sandwitch and give me a ruined. Mushroom big king wouldn’t remake a new one for me. So not being one of those angry idiots was disafastified and pissed off I gave the Swiss sandwitch. Told her what happend. She said she would been mad but they would had cops on her (because she’s homless). Other than that I got overcharged. Ruined ordered that wouldn’t get remade. And a mangner who didn’t speak any English. At all as other enployees were clueless. Or unAware of the problem.

The only good thing I have to say is it is right off the freeway, other than that its terrible. The girls dont have good customer service. I always get a vanilla iced coffee and fornsome reason every time I get it its a different color and a different taste. Every other bk I go to is consistent. I dont think they read their recipes and just wing it. Its so annoying.

Came here on a late saturday night to grab a quick bite to go. It was right off the 405 freeway which was quite convenient. We ordered a whopper with cheese, first time trying it, fries, their new parnesan chicken burger and two chicken sandwiches. I only had the whopper which was AWESOME compared to burgers at some other fast food chains, while my boyfriend had the rest. I don’t know if I can really comment on service at the drive thru of a fast food restaurant but I can say they were quite speedy in getting our order out. I would give them five stars for my experience but I just don’t feel right giving any fast food restaurant five stars :/

This had to be the worst fast food experience of my life. I ordered a chicken sandwich turns out they were out, fish sandwich they were also out. So ended up with there new jalapeño stuffed burger. Came home hungry and dying to eat my burger. It was so gross. Gross enough for a starving person not to eat it.

It’s a Burger King. No better. No worse. My friend saw a «hot chollo» here and therefore loved it. My chicken sandwich accomplished its purpose and I left, no longer hungry. That is all.

Close to the freeway = convenient for quick bites.
Nothing particularly special about this Burger King, crappy food for good prices (you get what you pay for).
Parking lot is particularly small so watch out for that.

Went today because I was getting my car serviced at Galpin and needed some lunch. I had a briefcase because I brought my laptop and being one of the few white people in the neighborhood and seeing a breakfast ad on the window, I felt a little like Michael Douglass in Falling Down. (I didn’t make them make breakfast for me.) Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. The wait was quite a while for fast food — like 12 minutes. I even talked to my wife on the phone during the wait. When the guy behind me was served first, I asked the manager and he was very friendly and said it was going to be fresh. The meal was standard BK fare but I appreciated the manager’s kindness. The place is a little graffitied up but otherwise looks like the franchise owner takes good care of the place. Good BK and I’ll go back if I have to get more service.

Location — Close to 405 freeway. Traffic light on Roscoe allows for safe and easy access to restaurant. Returning to freeway is less then a block away. Passed my cleanliness inspection. Decent coffee. A place to get away from the freeway madness.
