I have given this Pizza Hut location several tries (mostly because of the limited Pizza options and their easy online ordering). Yet tonight for ANOTHER time (this must be at least the third time) they got the order WRONG. I ordered online to make sure everything was spelled out clearly and then on top of that I walked in and verbally made my special request. I waited about 30 minutes (they were busy), finally got my pizza only to get home to find it wrong AGAIN. I can’t give them any more tries and if you do double check your order BEFORE you leave.

We just recently moved to Van Alstyne and was excited to have a Pizza Hut so close. They consistently over cook the pizza and breadsticks. We tried them three times and the last time requested they pull our breadsticks early. Still overdone. Mr. Jims in Anna delivers and were very happy with with them.

I remember when this V.A. location used to be Pizza Plus.
Wow, have they changed.
The store is clean, and decorated like a sports bar. There are TVs in every corner, the tables are clean, and there are plenty of sports décor on the walls. There are dividers in-between the tables so you can eat in privacy. From what I could see of the kitchens behind the two swinging doors they looked clean.
I ordered the large $ 10 special. You get a large pizza, any topping (s) for $ 10, plus tax, so it was $ 10.82. The pizza tasted good, and was well cooked. The cheese was delicious and the vegetables were well cooked. The tomatoes are whole slices instead of cubed, which were a lot better.
The employees were nice.
I prefer this location over the other Pizza Huts in my area.
